We stayed last month over the UK Half term break for 4 nights as a family of four. From the outset, both Vassili & Ksenia were super helpful with advice about the local ski resorts ( Les Gets & Chamonix - 40 minute drive) and made sure we were comfortable and took time out to ensure our stay was rewarding with recommendations on local restaurants plus advice on how to navigate the local roads, especially with the unprecedented snowfall, locally in Les Gets. We would recommend this hotel as it is central, cosy, very clean and good value for money, plus friendly Proprietors in Vassili & Ksenia (husband & wife). We would stay again!!

For the last three years, I have been staying at this hotel twice a year for twenty days each time. Everything is perfect. Cleanliness, understanding, courtesy.

Lovely hotel in Cluses, perfect for a stopover on route to Samoens for a week skiing. Close to the motorway, in the town centre so lots of bars and restaurants around and a great breakfast. The staff were super friendly.

I didn't even have a reservation, yet they were very kind and allowed me into the room before the check-in time, which was great because I was very tired. My room was clean, spacious, and with a nice view. Excellent hotel. 100% recommendable.

Great stay and friendly personnel. We arrived on an early flight and were able to check into our room early even though the place was busy which we very much appreciated! Recommend to anyone passing through Cluses.

Close to the train station and highway exit, small but clean and fully functional rooms! Reception people are friendly, but sometime they are not there, so you need to call them using the number noted on the front door.
