All team members were professional, fast, and kind. English spoken very well. There is a dedicated dispatcher who gave updates on the technicians arrival - very helpful.
He is super handy and very chill. He came and then fixed our problem in just 10 mins.
Locked my keys and all my belongings in the car while camping, had the bare minimum for sleeping, shorts and a shirt. Called this number in the evening, and eventually got put through to a number that seems to be for Serrurie Achille in Sallanches? He asked me 450 for that evening or 245 for the next day. I said the next day was better and I asked what time. From then on the guy was completely unresponsive, leaving my messages on read, not picking up the phone when I called. I patiently waited all morning and into the afternoon for a response. Rude and selfish. Thanks for nothing.
