Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Premiere Classe Hotel in Bordeaux Eysines, and there were several things that made our experience enjoyable: Positives: 1. The location is fantastic, just on the outskirts of Bordeaux. It’s very convenient for quick access to the city without having to leave the driveway. 2. We were happy to find that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made traveling with our furry friend much easier. 3. The tram stop is only a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get into the city for sightseeing or shopping. 4. The ability to check in outside of regular working hours was a huge plus, as it fit perfectly with our travel schedule. 5. Variety of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a Lidl. Negatives: 1. While the hotel is under renovation, which is understandable, we were disappointed with the condition of our room's bathroom. The shower handle was loose, and the hose wasn’t fitting properly, causing water to splash everywhere and making it difficult to use. 2. Additionally, the TV in our room was turned off, but the screen stayed on, which was a bit confusing and distracting. We had to unplug it from the socket to be able to sleep. 3. No baby cot available for our 3 months old baby.

Cheap and cheerful is fine but no heating (broken) and full of bed bugs lucky if i slept 2 hours and left in the middle of the night tired as this is a complete waste of money as failed to serve any purpose as a hotel and judging by previous reviews from 5 years ago, it seems they couldn't care less if they provide a clean functional service. Just another money grab for a despicable service. The response to my review is laughable they stated i only leave poor reviews, which is a complete lie as last 20 been average 3/4 stars, and this is because i only leave poor reviews on real bad experiences or for places that offer a really bad service and vice versa which is why the system exists so it was a pretty bizarre comment. And note to the author i spent the last 20 years travelling through Europe daily, not yearly or weekly. The heater did not work it was broken. The room was also rotten, which i failed to mention. Also, my son left the room and slept in the car. That's not exactly why I paid good money for a night's rest to sleep in a car. The moral of the story is they don't like criticism for their shoddy hotel chain.

Me and my group of friends have opted to stay at this hotel everytime we visit bordeaux. This hotel is the perfect location to gettiing into the city as the bus stop is round the corner, it is also a 10min drive from the airport which is great.||We are always welcomed with a smile by the lovely people at reception.||There is usually a big group of us so we always reserve triple rooms. The shower area is a little small but i cant really complain about that. The rooms we have stayed in have always been cleaned to a good standard. This hotel is very good value for money and im sure that you will be seeing us again.

The hotel is situated in a side street a stones throw from J7 A630/E5 ring road around Bordeaux. There is easy parking right outside which is free.||||The reception is at ground level. The receptionist spoke some English but I wouldn't say they were fluent, but were helpful in supplying a ground floor room for a disabled member of our group. The hotel is on two floors, has no lift and the stairs are outside, as are the room doors, so in the rain you are likely to get wet and the steps become slippery. The rooms are reasonably clean but extremely small and cramped. The main difference between this and Formula 1 is the en-suite bathroom and toilet which, in this hotel are very cramped, the shower would only be suitable for a small child. In the triple rooms the third bed is over the heads of the other two beds so sleepers down below are liable to bang their heads if they rise too suddenly. Premiere and Classe are two words I would not associate with these hotels. The rooms are very basic and incredibly small and cramped. The breakfast is very basic, i.e. bread, rolls, cereal, preservatives, fresh fruit, juice & coffee/tea. Nothing exciting and certainly not worth €5.00 apart from the convenience. They do not even provide plates for the bread or bowls for the cereal (use cups). Small microwave snack meals can be ordered from reception in the evening.||||Although this hotel said it had free wifi there was no Internet access during my stay.||||The decision you have to make when choosing Premiere-Classe above Formula 1 Hotels is whether en-suite facilities are worth paying double the price.

Extremely dirty, chewing gum on the overhead bed which is really disgusting, awful smell, hair everywhere and most of all, dirty toilet! With all these, it's really hard to be objective and think of anything good about this hotel. But there's two though, air conditioning and secure gated parking. Definitely not coming back and would never recommend to anyone. By the way, we got two rooms on our visit and all descriptions above apply to both.

I do not know what the people think when posting a rating for this hotel. They pay an extremely low price and expect a 5 star Ritz??? If you want Ritz then pay it, but stop crying around that the rooms are small or a bit dirt somewhere. I was in lots hotels and that is often that some corners are a bit dirty. However, I liked it very much this time (yes I stayed more than once here). It was not dirty and also not loud, because everyone who stayed in the hotel cared about each other. Also the parking was great and closed for everyone else. Could not be better for that price.

I cannot recommend this "hotel" (more like a motel) at this time. As previously stated by other reviews, the rooms appear somewhat unclean. There was no duvet, just a blanket. The cover for the bed was dirty and with holes . Last evening around 2100 there was a lot of noise outside with someone playing really.loud music and someone was also kicking/banging on a door. I really do not recommend staying here unless you're paid to do so, and even then bring a sleeping bag or something. Especially for the price. I've paid less for a lot better other places. Their price is way too high for what you get. It would appear the owners don't care about making people want to come back.

Small but functional room with twin beds. Relatively clean, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even though clearly posted as non-smoking room. Overall impression is a dated, well used room. I say relatively clean because pillow taken from other bed smelled of cigarettes too, so I figure sheets on that bed had not been changed since the last guest. Bathroom is a small triangle squashed into the corner of the room, it is functional, but you’d have to be around five to fit in anyway comfortably into the tiny shower cubicle. The breakfast buffet is small, but well stocked, a couple of cereals, toast, yoghurt, coffee, juice and an assortment of jams, butter, Nutella and a few other breads, like soft yummy brioche buns. The staff is friendly.
