Scammers! Be careful, they encourage you to purchase items and promise a discount without disclosing that they are subscribing you to their darty max plan which you are obliged to pay over a year and which will eventually cost more than the discount iself :) Also be careful about them subscribing you to unsolicited insurance plans.

Do not shop here. No one ever work. You will stand around for more than 30 minutes waiting to be served every time!

Very slow stuff. Even if we were on Tuesday afternoon, and it was not crowded at all. But it's good there were a one guy who was friendly and speak perfect English

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We bought a Moulinex blender with so many options that was on sale. Incredible value.

No respect for clients. Went to click & collect after receiving sms & email, no alert that the system is not working. Contacted customer service on the phone again and was informed that my purchase is availableand can go again. Went back to the same response that nothing works. The way the employees speak to you is absolutely condescending. No respect for customer's time and responding as if it is a joke. No apologies, train your employees better. Change your slogan because it doesn't inspire any trust "confiance 0".

Great Mall with wide variety of electronics. I usually buy most of my electric stuff from this place. Prices are good but however wait for sale (soldes), which happen quite often to get the most out of your money!

The store display was good employees were very friendly and helpful and at the store i discovered that the store offers more customers flexible payment options as if an item cost 700 euros or more i can pay for it for 12 month or more. Bought my tv, Vacuum cleaner, phone and many more items from Darty i recommend to give the store a visit you might check things you didn't check online.

A little bit short on customer service staff in La Vache Noire branch. waiting time depends on the number of customers that needs help. Other than that all is good they have a diversity of items with different price range
