Sometimes I use the transfer of money in that place, the girl who works there is always very nice to me. But recently I had to make a money transfer again and it was not there. Instead of her there were two men, I went up to the one in the pink shirt and said that I need to transfer money to my name (then I can get it online from the bank and withdraw it to the card). He said that it was impossible and I had to go to the main branch. To my indignation that I did this a couple of days ago in the same department and it always works out, he replied that I was lying and it was before, now it won’t work like that. As a result, he began to argue with me and I left without receiving my service, for which I wanted to pay. Why do you hire employees to transfer money, although they only know how to change money. Their incompetence is off the charts, so teach them how to deal with customers. The next day I went to another branch 5 minutes away and successfully transferred the money to my card.

Excellent service! I was worried I was going to get ripped off because of all the reviews on other exchanges but was pleasantly surprised. Went in and saw the prices on the wall and still asked the lady. She told me politely what it was and I gave her dollars and she gave me Euros very quickly. Definitely recommend it to any travelers that don’t want to get ripped off.

If i could put 0 stars i would prefer ! Cant believe it ! They are Rude / they are annoying / they talked really bad / they are not helping or comprehensive at all ! The WORST
