AVOID AVOID AVOID, Avoid this place, customer service is horrific and they try to charge your card multiple times after you leave. It’s not worth the hassle. Visited twice on our trip to Marseille, the first time was ok, staff aren’t attentive but the shisha was decent. Most places change the coal for you. Here you have to do it yourself while they just sit about and play on their phones. The second visit was absolutely terrible. We were served by an old guy in a Lacoste shirt who had an attitude because we didn’t want to spend €4.50 on a small bottle of coke each. We asked for tap water and he refused saying only if you order food. We only planned on being there 45 mins so didn’t need a different drink. He kept coming out and looking at us in disgust like we were wasting his time. Even though we made a purchase anyway. The guy who took payment was not patient at all and was incredibly rude. For some reason 2 of our card showed as declined even though we were charged. When we showed him he didn’t care and demanded we pay getting more irate each time and blaming the situation on us. (We used our cards 5 mins later at another place and they were completely fine so not a problem with our cards) He also refused to let us see the rejection receipts. We asked for them. But he only let us take photos of them. After we finally managed to pay he chucked the receipts towards us like we had done something wrong. For €15 shisha we have been charged over €60 and they keep trying to charge our card for €15 multiple times a day which means they have our card details saved without our permission. The bank has advised we file a police report so they can investigate, which we will do on Monday.

La meilleure shisha de Marseille, et je pèse mes mots ! La nourriture est également excellente : mention spéciale pour la salade César, les rigatonis à la truffe, les penne forestière et l’entrecôte. Tout est toujours parfait. Je peux le garantir, car je viens régulièrement depuis plus d’un an et demi à chacun de mes séjours à Marseille. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, devenue notre famille de Marseille. De la Suisse jusqu’à Marina Bay 🫶🏼

Nous avons dîné en famille pour célébrer un anniversaire, c’était très agréable, la nourriture et bonne et le staff est aux petits soins, merci pour la petite ambiance anniversaire. Je recommande

L’ambiance et la nourriture étais top!! Très beau restaurant, néanmoins le service étais moyen malheureusement.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Restaurant wird von Jungen und Motivierten Mitarbeiter sehr engagiert und seriös Betrieben. Schon beim Eintreten waren wir sehr (wirklich sehr) nett empfangen. Sehr Hilfsbereit und können sogar auf Englisch bedienen. Das Essen kam schnell und sehr lecker. Von Salat bis auf Entrecote war alles sehr fein. Ich bedanke mich und werde das jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
