My daughter is 12 years old and on the third floor she took t-shirt and jeans, and from first and second floor she took just one shirt and one jacket. Third floor is a kids floor (and there is clothes for 13-14 years old) and the woman who is on the changing rooms (like security) she said that my daughter can’t go there and she need to go on first floor. Clothes in Zara they are super pretty! But not the staff.

Very flattering, high quality, and reasonably priced clothing and shoes! I picked up three polos, three t-shirts, a pair of sneakers and a pair of dress shoes for 200 Euro total! Highly recommend a visit!

It's a very clean store, spacious enough that you won't feel crowded even when there are a lot of people. There are escalators, stairs, and elevators, so you won't have any problems accessing the 3 levels of the store, no matter what your mobility situation is. The dressing rooms are well-lit too, which is really an underestimated feature of importance. The staff are friendly and efficient as well. There were two dogs inside the store yesterday as well and that really brightened my mood.

I highly recommend the beautiful tall young man with dreads if you need help and good advise! I’ll defend come back to this particular store with such a great worker!

I went shopping there. The reason for the 4 star was the fact the security kept following me from the time I entered the shop till me leaving. I am certain he saw me pay for everything I got but still stopped and searched the bags. It was very disappointing. Don’t want to think it was because of my skin colour but yes that’s what happened and I was not happy with that. It is such a shame!

I went to try my top in the fitting room and when I tried to look to put it back I couldn’t find the right rack. I probably put it on the wrong one and a member of your staff spoke to me in a rude manner, I didn’t appreciate the tone and being polite should be the first requirement for customer service. This specific Zara should probably have a closer look to their staff behavior.

Not big fan of commercial complex, but I had to go inside to buy suit for my nephew marriage.. staff really helpful and friendly.. prices are okay ( the quality is v.good though), recommended
