Hi we really appreciated our stay. We ran a boutique hotel our self but prefer to come and go without too much interaction. We thought the balance was ideal and the staff were friendly and welcoming when needed..

The room was great for the price. also great service. it has a well sized lobby to hang out in. we saw reviews saying theres only 1 outlet in their room but our room had 3 outlets. nothing to complain about, we had a good stay!

This was a return visit to this hotel, chosen because of it's proximity to the autoroute as I was travelling through to Toulouse the next day. First of all, the reception was still open when I arrived at 21h30, and the welcome was friendly. The room, whilst small, was very clean, and quiet, and I did enjoy the duvet. Although I was alone, I had a double bed with a bunk bed above, which made access to the bed difficult. The shower was large, a welcome change from most hotels in this price range. Breakfast was OK although not great quality. Yes, I would return as the hotel was good value for money.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, breakfast was good. We did have a problem at the Twickenham which has now been resolved

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. They were helpful when storing our bikes. Room very clean

From the moment we arrived until we left, the welcome and service were first-class. Our room was spotless, the linen fresh and the beds unexpectedly comfortable! We felt breakfast was good value for money (selection of juices, teas or coffee, viennoiserie, cheeses, fruit, cereal and yoghurt). The safety standards relating to COVID were impeccable, plenty of gel dispensers and advice on social distancing, contact tracing etc. We particularly liked the proximity of the restaurant next door which had a reasonable, varied and delicious menu. We cannot recommend this Ibis more highly. We visited several times over a 14 day period during a house move, and hope to return under less stressful conditions!

Really happy to have found this Ibis in Castelnaudary. Very comfortable room, bed and pillows. Shower was also good. Excellent meal in restaurant next door. We'll definitely return.

Ideally placed by the autoroute, this hotel is great value for money. Yes it is modern and simple, but it is offers all thev facilities you need for a short break or overnight stay. Rooms are OK for two pêople, but for three would be a little crowded. Breakfast was fine. Staff were welcoming and the overall impression given was very good.
