I had a terrible experience at this hospital. I was misdiagnosed for appendicitis and had an appendectomy that only made my symptoms worse. I have been suffering from chronic pain ever since the operation. The doctors did not do the proper testing. When I told them I had had food poisoning twice, they said there was no connection. They didn't even mention it could be related to something else in my digestive system. I am horrified by what happened. I wish that I could take it all back, but I was only doing what the doctors recommended.

Professor Gerard Amarenco is an outstanding doctor and he has an outstanding team. They have world class knowledge in their field.

The dentists were fantastic they listened, answered questions and worked hard to keep me out of pain during the extraction of a very infectious tooth. They were honest too about the pain and why. I learned a lot. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I can’t thank the staff of this Parisian hospital enough for their professionalism and care. As a tourist experiencing severe pain for the first time in France, I was met with kindness and genuine concern from every medical professional I encountered. Their skill and humanity not only eased my pain but made the entire experience unforgettable. I will forever be grateful for their swift help and warm smiles. For anyone who thinks French people are rude, I have to say that’s far from the truth—I’ve only experienced friendliness and generosity. A huge thank you to the wonderful team who took care of me; you truly are angels. I won’t remember the great food I had or the monuments I visited, I will only remember the beautiful faces of the sweet people who helped me here. Love to all of you ♥️

I was in Paris for few days last summer, on the 21st of July. 2 days prior one of my teeth broke in the UK. I went to see my dentist who advised me to remove it soon as possible, he also did a scan. I arrived in Paris and I thought I better find a dentist to remove my tooth. I googled and found this hospital. I went in, gave my details and also an address in France. I waited 40min to be seen. 2 young dentist were waiting for me. I showed my scan and asked for them to remove my tooth. They replyed 'there's no surgeon, they are all on holiday". The conversation lasted 3 min. Before I left and Precisely if I m going to be charged. They replyed Absolutely NOT. Why are you sending a bill of €60.???

One of the best places to go to if you wanna be treated in a great way, i recommend this hospital to anyone who’s not feeling okey or wanna go to the emergency. They have the best doctors, best care. I put 4/5 because no one is perfect and that it’s because of the wait time, generally the wait it’s a bit long but believe me once your turn comes they gonna do there best to comfort you and help you out. I got to see two fabulous doctors, the first in emerg and the second in cardiology (who confirmed the original diagnosis). Both were extremely caring and knowledgeable. I felt in good hands. Minus a half star for the long wait to see the first doctor (but triage ekg was quick so I guess it wasn’t urgent). Minus another half star for the filthy, seatless public toilet for the waiting room but bonus point for the outstanding quality of the doctors.
