Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would say the pros easily outweigh the cons. Pros: - Staff are friendly and attentive. - Onsite restaurant serves good food. - Beds are comfy and rooms thoroughly clean. Cons: - Be aware the restaurant isn't open every single day, just in case you are arriving on a weekend, and late. - Simple things like having a bottle of water in the bedroom, rather than downstairs (which I only noticed on the last day). - No ironing board in the room (you have to go downstairs to specific location). It's a nice hotel, but the cons mean you can't really rate it a 5* because it just feels a little 'clunky'.

Convenient for a stop over with the kids. They have a nice games room to keep everyone entertained for free, bowling, arcade games, pool, original babyfoot and flipper. A swimming pool outdoor for the summer. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

I cant really say anything, it was a no show.

We booked a family room which consisted of 2 rooms opposite each other at the end of the corridor with a door closing both off so we could move between rooms in private. Perfect set up for families. The smaller room had the double so our son took that and we had the bigger room with 2 singles. We were there for 6 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The only issues we found was that there was no milk on the welcome tray so I had to ask at the bar for milk whenever we wanted coffee/tea, also even though breakfast was until 9.30 not much choice left from 8.30 and lack of plates, bowls and glasses. Overall though a lovely stay and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff during my stay were very attentive,friendly and generally very nice Ashley in service Gwen behind the bar Karim the server And laetitia the manager always make my stay very comfortable and happy

Our stay was great, the room was very nice and we had a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the pool as well. Special thanks to Adbel and Mamadu for the great checkout!!

Marvellous stay. A brilliant hotel. The staff were friendly especially Abdel who looked after us so well. He gave us a free late checkout. The room, family suite was perfect for us. Lovely breakfast also. Definitely coming back.

I am staying this hotel since 2013 which name was expohotel. I had an issue with their bank pos machine and they did not draw the money. I recommended that we may try tomorrow morning but they did not accept. Later on they called their representative who name was written as Lea. This lady is very rough and she was told me that go outside. I never met this kind of behavior any hotels. I had been booked almost 2 weeks at the end of this month and I cancelled it because of this reason. I don't want to use this hotel anymore. I will share this experience in all social media and booking web sites.
