There’s an asian woman in the Policlinique médicale Baudelaire she is very mean and tricky .She ill treats the patients verbally especially when isolated in the cabin as she takes the temperature blood pressure, I was a victim of this abuse, immediately she closed the door she became very agitated and almost irritated. I was so shocked, I froze and didn’t know how to react. Then she turns things around called her colleagues claiming, I was rude and did not comply when she wanted to take my BP. Sadly the more I tried to explain the more she blew things out of proportion … she is apparently the oldest person in that department , I can only imagine what she has done with that type of power. The stigma of a medical care giver being abused is the picture she painted to others. My RDV was cancelled, I was told to come back later …as i walked home i collapsed from the dizzy sensation that brought me to the clinic. I was helped by individuals who took me to the emergency room. Please look into this as they can be others who have suffered. I respect and value all medical care givers and truly understanding the pressure they have to deal with daily.

My husband (Australian, 31y/o), had to be taken into the emergency room with suspected deep vein thrombosis after getting off a long haul flight. The hospital was fantastic at getting him looked at and getting the right tests done as fast as they could. I speak French, but my husband does not so the staff were very accommodating by trying their best to speak English with him and allowing me to stay with him in order to translate if I had to. Like any ER, it is always a long affair, but it was clear that the hospital was doing their best to get everyone seen to properly and as quickly as possible. We had some incredible doctors doing their best to get us out in time for dinner after learning we hadn’t eaten all day. One Doctor bought us some snacks to keep us going until we were discharged. Overall - very well run - thank you all!

After a fall, I had to have my wedding ring cut off as my finger swelled up. In and out of the hospital in 40 mins, lovely hospital and staff

After about a two-years treatment, my doctor from St Antoine hospital gave me the wonderful news today, I am completely healthy and no longer need treatment. He even allowed my going to the swimming pool. I suffered a nails infection, which is practically gone with regular French medication. I tremendously thank the medical team and administration of St Antoine hospital in Paris 12 and the association Maison dans la Rue for reserving me an excellent doctor. 🏥🇫🇷🌹

The woman from règlement yelled at me, which made me shake and cry. She was furious just because I asked an information regarding the payment, and she completely refused to explain me what was going on by using Google translator. She was very impacient telling me to hurry up. I was trying my best to speak French and she was very unpleasant. Horrible traitement. I pay my taxes, mutuelle, etc just be treated as garbage. It is unacceptable. I recommend the hospital to revise the limd of professionals they are hiring, because this woman totally doesn't deserve to be there.

Do not ever go to this hospital. Last night I was taken by ambulance to this hospital for heart attack symptoms. I was checked in and left to sit in a waiting room for hours. I tried asking the nurses for help and they were rude and dismissive. I finally walked out of the hospital, with no staff or nurses caring. I ended took myself to another hospital where I was diagnosed with a heart issue that needed to be treated. St. Antoine staff does not care about their patients. On top of that the hospital is absolutely disgusting. There is blood splattered on the floor along with dirt and trash and the whole place smells of urine. And in the waiting room there are more drunk people sleeping than patients. Overall this is the worst hospital in Paris and I recommend nobody to go here.

There no doctors working ! There are no people working which care's about humans life and health ! They are mean aggressive and ignorant .... I understand they are working night and there are many people coming with different problems but , If you ask me, no individual who doesn't pass a long and hard test of dealing with people correctly with care and love should have any rights to work at hospital at all! This not selling Candys or baguette 🥖 It's about people and they're health ! There should be a commission which will filter hospitals with aggressive ignorant and unprofessional individuals !

I had an abscess wound drained here in August 2022, from the emergency room. The waiting room was so dirty, I didn’t want to touch anything. There were people screaming in the hallway: “Madame, Madame. Madame.” It was a really uncomfortable place to wait. They put me through to surgery quickly after inspecting me, but didn’t have me sign anything, did not explain the risk, and took no time to properly translate as my French is limited. They then sent me off without discharge papers or explanation of after-care, and simply said I needed a nurse, but I was too sick from the spinal anaesthesia to find one and needed a lot of assistance. Better communication would have helped. They also said I didn’t need a check up - well, 2 months later, I’m back in another hospital because I have a fistula, which I had all along. When I demanded I have a checkup with the surgeon, she didn’t properly inspect me. And they look at you like: how dare you ask questions or advocate for yourself? It was honestly like they didn’t have the time of day for me. I don’t know if it’s because I’m not French, but I felt very uncared for. I will not go back to this hospital.
