CARBON AEROPORT

Two stars for being quiet, efficient and clean; should have been more, but - no stars for a complete lack of facilities! Don't fall for the 'restaurants and shops' promise as you go through passport control. There's only a vending machine sporting withered sandwiches, and that's it. Worst facilities of the many airports I've used, by far. What a miserable place to be. Don't get there early

Montpellier Méditerranée Airport is a small but efficient regional airport with a generally smooth experience. However, there are a few areas where it could improve—particularly the deboarding process. Upon arrival, passengers were required to wait outside on the tarmac while the airport staff prepared for disembarkation. This wasn't a huge issue as the weather was pleasant, but I can imagine it being uncomfortable during extreme heat or rain. It would be much better if they could streamline this process or provide some form of shelter for passengers waiting to enter the terminal. Aside from this, the airport itself is quite modern and well-maintained. The terminal is clean, easy to navigate, and not overwhelmingly large, making it a stress-free experience compared to bigger international hubs. The security process was efficient, and the staff were generally friendly and professional. Facilities inside the terminal are decent, with a few cafes and shops offering basic refreshments and travel essentials. While not extensive, they serve their purpose well. The seating areas are adequate, though they could benefit from additional charging stations for travelers needing to power up their devices. Transportation options from the airport to the city are convenient, with taxis and rental cars readily available. There is also a shuttle service that

A nice small airport located only 15 minutes drive from the center of Montpellier and very easily accessible. The Airport was not busy and transit through security was quick and efficient. The staff were polite and smiling and the airport was well organized. It was easy to find the way around. The airport had a nice Cafe, a reasonably sized duty free shop and children's play area. It also had a very nice open air terrace near gates 16 and 17. Ideal for relaxing in the fresh air before the flight. Overall a very pleasant airport to travel through.

One of the smallest airports I've ever been to in Europe. Accordingly, you cannot get lost and the gates are closer than you are used to. The equipment is small but fine. Restaurants, seating, charging stations, terrace, duty free, snacks and a climbing paradise for the little ones.

Montpellier is beautiful cuty in south of France with many colleges and institutes.

This is a small airport. Taxis that are from the city of Montpellier are not allowed to park in front of the airport but their drivers may ask you if you need a ride. When we arrived it was super busy and pouring we took a city cab as all airport ones were busy. The ride was around 35e for the four of us. The airport itself is ok but not very memorable.

Such a cute and small airport. No hassle to pass through. Having facilities such as toilet next to landing was also a great relief to be honest. Haha. We were welcomed with some lovely sunlight once we stepped out. Even the parking lot was nice to walk around with the trees and landscaping around. That's in comparison to the cold airports around the world otherwise.
