DUNE BLANCHE

Loved these pastries! We had to go back for a 2nd box. The pistachio were my favorite.

Wow. Superb. Super light on the inside, with a nice, but thin flavoursome crust. I adore patisserie and don't say this quickly, but definitely the best choux pastry I ever had. No joke. Others filled with heavy butter or creme patissière can feel like a brick on your stomach after a while. These dune blanche are a bless and go down easily. Happy I went in.

So yummy!! The cream was so light and delicious and the crunchy top was different and worked so well with the puffy pastry and the airy creamy inside.

Possibly the most exquisite sweet treat I’ve ever tasted. We tried the Speculoos, Chocolat and Blanche. All were incredible but the Blanche was the pinnacle of patisserie chef mastery.

Just delicious !! A real treat, light, crispy fresh, just sweet enough I can’t get over these choux and I wish I had a box of 6 just for myself! Must go back!! Yum yum yum! :)

Whoever Pascal is he must be some kind of genius to come up with these incredible little pastries. Lighter and crispier than profiteroles with a whipped cream inside. 6 for €5 which is good value for the quality and you wouldn’t need any more than 3 to yourself.

Super tasty and well designed

Had a birthday weekend in Sant Jean de luz and discovered this place by accident. I have to say they have the most delicious pastry and great customer service. Highly recommend to everyone 🥰🥰
