We like this place very much , location lay on the main road, however as soon as you open the door to the back yard you are falling in paradise. Big room , plenty breakfast, big swimming pool just in short distance to Barjac . We will definitely come back. Thank you for excellent stay

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, I just wished we could have stayed a little longer! We were a group of eight that rented four rooms. Each room was charming and well appointed. The swimming pool and gardens were heaven. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. And, most of all, Sophie and Christophe were warm and wonderful hosts. And on top of all this, we left a couple of personal items behind and Sophie made sure they were sent promptly to us. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Wanting to visit the Garde du pont, we booked this hotel through Wonderbox. The scenery to it was breathtaking, the hotel almost unnoticable from the outside but once you dared to walk through its old gate, a colorful, welcoming and charming getaway emerged. The staff was very friendly and helpful, trying their best to speak English. Our room was on the groundfloor, spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and small, especially the showerstall.|Our package included n evening dinner which we were able to decide where to enjoy it. On our terrasse or next to the pool or on a secluded terrasse covered with wild grapevines or in the dinning area. |The dinner was delicious, the wine smooth and the atmosphere to die for.|We really enjoyed our stay.

Superb personal service from the hard working owners in a charming environment. The location is perfect for visiting the Anselm Kiefer Foundation. Quaint old rooms or yurts around a pool. Excellent food, which must be ordered in advance.

EXCELLENT place to stay in. New owners very welcoming, very good quality of food ( local and fresh products). The swimming pool is beautiful, we came back to the UK with a nice tan. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Sophie and Christophe do anything to make your stay comfortable, without being too present. They built a small paradise. They provide dinners. And they are close to Anselm Kiefer's former studio.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Mas Escombelle dans la yourte orange qui est très spacieuse et confortable. Des plaids étaient disponibles en nombre dans la petite armoire.|Nous avons apprécié la petite cuisine extérieure disponible pour les voyageurs.|Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils sur les environs.|La piscine est top, propre et spacieuse!!|Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner dans la grande salle.
