Michael determined that there was an issue with the electrical company and managed to get a representative in the apartment at the snap of a finger to get that corrected and up to code too. Above all, Michael has such a pleasant presence and positive energy when he is working on the project. He is always polite and with a smile on his face and never too busy to answer questions. He is truly committed and always on time, his entrepreneurial spirit is remarkable.
