The reception staff were very kind and helpful, which made a great first impression. The beds were clean and comfortable, and overall the room felt pleasant at first glance. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The carpets were not worn, but there were noticeable dirty spots that should be properly cleaned. The bathroom was not up to standard—there was visible mold on the ceiling above the shower, which was concerning. Additionally, some of the appliances seem outdated and ready to be replaced. The breakfast was quite basic and did not stand out—I would rate it 5/10. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this place could offer a much better experience.

We really appreciated the friendly staff at the reception, the comfortable clean room and the excellent breakfast in the morning! As a bonus, it is possible to park in the covered parking lot.

Good staff and sufficient breakfast. Far from the centre but close to the train station.

Dated hotel that should not be associated with IHG. We had issues getting back in after hours and accessing our car in the garage, both of which were preventable by the hotel by proactively communicating how to accomplish these at time of checkin.

A very well organised hotel with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Good place to stay, friendly staff, quiet room & great buffet breakfast

Good location, great facilities except the air conditioning running very slow, on hot summer days really a problem, good breakfast, safe parking, I can imagine staying there next time we are in the area.

Had a terrific last minute deal here and it was fine. Tricky to find as there are loads of road works locally. Nice room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, very nice staff, bar (not cheap!), and underground parking for ten euros a night (well worth it). Breakfast was pretty good appart from the tea and coffee, even had a frame of honeycomb! Not much in the way of food although there is an average restaurant in the same building. Take tea bags if you want proper tea, only herb teas available even in the room! Overall great service and very good value for money.
