Good food, but dirty floor and no soap in the bathroom...

We ordered sandwiches and dessert that were already made and still had to wait for 10-15 minutes

Couldn’t believe what I saw ! A bunch of flies on top of the breads ! Not a clean place to go! This store manager needs to wake up

DON’T GO THERE. If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. This place is disgusting—especially the staff. One guy in particular acted like we were a problem just for asking about vegan options. He made faces like “ugh, leave me alone” and looked totally annoyed. When we asked him to heat up a frozen sandwich, he ROLLED HIS EYES… and then—I SWEAR TO GOD—HE WAS ABOUT TO SPIT IN THE FOOD. He leaned in, like he was going to do it, but my mom was watching him, so he backed off. If she hadn’t been staring at him, he probably would’ve gone through with it. Then, when she went to sit down, he RUDELY told her she couldn’t because she didn’t order for dine-in—EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER ASKED. The day before, she was there with friends having coffee and no one said anything. The people there are nasty, rude, and totally unprofessional. DO NOT go to this trashy coffee place. You won’t find good food or good service—just attitude and disgusting behavior!!!

Always such a pleasure going to PAUL when I'm in France. Food is always yummy. I'm giving it a 4 starts just because that location specifically gets really really crowded!

Bought drinks here and sat down to drink them, dining room empty except for us. Rude waitress chased us out because we didn't buy any food, just drinks. I could understand if the restaurant was full, but as we were the only ones there, it seemed unnecessary. She was very harsh. Won't be back.

Great help. Plenty of good choices to choose from. Good coffee. Inside a small mall and not many chairs or tables to sit or work from.

An extremely impolite young lady! There are many boulangerie in Bordeaux none of them are this unfriendly to my experience! She yelled at me because I was asking questions! I won’t go back there at any cost!
