A lovely little place that far exceeded our expectations. |I stayed in a 2 berth self-contained studio apartment with balcony and a very well-equipped little kitchen area. |The beds were really comfortable, and the whole place was ultra clean. |The locale of Pierre Vacances is ideal as it is situated in a very peaceful area but only a stones throw from the main beach.|It is also really close to the main restaurants, bars and shops.|The underground car park was appreciated as we rented a car for most of the duration of our stay. All the staff were really friendly, especially the receptionists, who were very polite, helpful, and efficient.|Can’t wait to visit again in 2023.||Stephen|Fulham,|London SW6

First of all, this is NOT A HOTEL. These are apartments. And this means that there is nothing there that is in the hotel. But they call themselves a 4-star hotel! Even premium! Be prepared for the fact that there will be NO cleaning in the rooms at all. And upon check-out, you WILL BE ASKED to CLEAN UP, wash the dishes, take out the trash and collect dirty towels, as well as be sure to ventilate the apartment.But at that price, it's just ridiculous. It was the first time I had given such a sum of money and received worse service than in a motel by the road. Any service inside is only for an additional fee, and a high one at that. The only advantage is the location, it is really very convenient and in the very center.

Great place to stay, staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Location was brilliant too, a short walk to the beach and central for buses etc too

My friend and I spent 5 wonderful days in Biarittz and stayed at Pierre en Vacances. From the moment we arrived our stay was very memorable. Audrey at chec in couldn't do enough to help us. Her very good command if English and willingness to make our stay pleasant made a huge difference to our holiday.||||The apartment was spotless. Beds very comfortable and bed linen clean.||||I would stay here again as the location is v central and less than 5 mins from main beach, close to restrauanta and shops. 2 lovely boulangeries 2 mins walk and a carrefour city on our doorstep.

Not a great experience here. We paid a lot more than other hotels were charging to stay here (because they appeared to offer these beautifully set up rooms with balconies and space, and when we arrived the room was not at all what they had advertised. The room and beds were not made up (they were in fact folded away with no bedding to be found), the apartment was dirty, no robes were provided (all as advertised) and they made little effort to rectify the issues despite agreeing that there was an issue and that the website and confirmation email were both misleading. We were offered a pitiful €50 refund despite it costing us €300 more to stay here over other hotels. Rooms were tired, dirty and furniture was damaged. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We stayed for my birthday weekend which was rather ruined by this experience. I would personally recommend looking at other places nearby which seemed nicer and cheaper and won’t leave you making your own beds when you arrive. Really unimpressed. All that said- the location is good and Biarritz is beautiful.
