Mia Casa - you may dream about Van Gogh when you stay in this 300 year old Inn! It fit perfectly with the ambience of Arles, the narrow cobblestone streets, small town squares brimming with life and of course the 2,000 year old arena and the photography festival. My stay, as a single woman, felt very safe and well looked after. Easy self check in, morning walk along the Rhone which is a few steps away and the old town with lots of cafes and shops within easy reach. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and well equipped ( tea, kettle, pots etc). Delphine, the owner, lives on the ground floor and is very friendly and helpful.

For the past 10 years we have been coming to Arles for the photofestival Rencontres d' Àrles. And each year we have been coming back to Mia Casa for our stay. The reason being that the house and rooms are charming, cosy, clean and well equipped. Each room is different with different themes and by now we have stayed in all of them. Situated in a quiet, beautiful street close to the river a short walk from the centre of the old town, the nights are relaxing without any bustle around.|The landlady is very helpful, available for questions and can give exellent information for a good stay in Arles and the region.|10 years in a row? I had the GREATEST pleasure of staying again at Delphine's truly LOVELY Mia Casa for 10 days in September. This was my eighth stay at Mia Casa and I was totally excited to come back. I feel as if Mia Casa is my home away from home in Arles. One of the big reasons I love to come back to Mia Casa is due to the very charming and very kind owner, Delphine, who has always made me feel so at home. I have never felt more welcomed by anyone while traveling than I have by Delphine. This stay was even more special as Delphine was kind to introduce me to her longtime friends who were also visiting at the time. It was grande to meet them and share a lovely dinner with. Mia Casa is located on the prettiest street in all of Arles and has won awards because of its beauty. At the end of the street is the lovely Rhone River which you can see from out of your room window. Every single night I hung my head out of the window just to see the beautiful street and the Rhone. I have visited a quite a few towns in the Provence area; but none are as lovely at Arles. It is centrally located and has a convenient train station and a great bus system. Mia Casa is a 15 minute or so walk to the train station. Arles is a very romantic town to walk in especially in the evenings and see the incredible, world famous Roman sites and sunset over the Rhone. At Mia Casa, I stayed in the enchanting Van Gogh room. It is heavenly! Being an artist herself, Delphine has decorated all of the guest rooms in wonderful style. I particularly love the Van Gogh room due to all the vivid colors, how she has decorated the lovely bed, and everything about it!! The minute I opened the door and saw the room, I was so excited. It is truly lovely. What is also especially great about Mia Casa is that the rooms are equipt with cooking utensils, microwave, very nice size frig, pots and pans, everything you need if you want to eat some meals in your room or have something nice and cold to drink after a day o

For the 9th year in a row we have again stayed at Mia Casa. Why? Because it is utterly charming! ||Each room is individually decorated with great care and necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious,colourful and clean. We have stayed there the last 9 years for the opening week of Rencontres de la photographie d`Arles and can not recommend it enough! It is placed in a quiet street by the river, yet within walking distance for everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful and for us it becomes home from home during that very busy week. Allways an enjoyable stay! We`ll be back again- next year!

Mia Casa is a charming place to stay with many things to recommend it. It is literally a 1 minute walk from the Rhone River - broad and beautiful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and a lovely street that even Rick Steves mentions. Mia Casa is very well located to most of the places of interest in Arles - Roman sites, museums, the market and more.||||Delphine is charming and helpful and full of enthusiasm for her city. She was extremely helpful in my choosing what to do.||||Do not hesitate to stay at Mia Casa.

Great small chambre d'hote, right in the middle of Arles. Delphine, a delight and full of information. Breakfast had the best coffee we have had since we have been in the town. Our Rooms had mini kitchen so we could make tea and full of brocante pieces and each very distinctive. Bathrooms tired but plenty of hot water and our room was huge and airy. Highly recommend if you like quirky rather than contemporary, as we do!
