My wife and I stayed in this hotel for six nights for our stay in Paris. It's a clean, safe, quiet hotel with a good breakfast each morning. Despite it being outside of the boundaries of the city, it is close by the metro and easily has access to Uber or other public transportation. I recommend it.

AVOID. They are refurbishing rooms, which is long overdue. But they didn’t tell us this when we checked in! Was rudely awoken at 8am to the sounds of banging and power drills, after working a night shift this meant we only got 1 hour sleep. Had the reception informed us at check in that there would be works in the morning we would have moved to a different hotel!

Pretty poor in most respects with staff left to cover for the problems at the hotel. Stayed here over the weekend of 24 & 25 May when Paris was sweltering. AC failed and no other rooms were available, nor anyone able to fix - we had two rooms and both had failed AC. Staff originally said we could change rooms the following night but the hotel was full for the weekend? Also offered to get an engineer out but none were available at the weekend? Clearly in a very poor state of repair and should not be awarded the rating that it has on the Accor website. Renovations are apparently underway. All doors apart from the main entrance are locked (accessible door also locked). Restaurant closed. Debris and uncleared glasses from hallways (remained uncleared from the start to the finish of the weekend which evidences how poor the cleaning is). Staff are very young and not able to deal with anything other than check in and check out - like a very poor quality Airbnb. On arrival there was a very strange smell in the reception area that didn't clear until the following day. Better off staying in the cheapest Ibis in my opinion.

The hotel is old and needs an urgent renovation especially for a 4 star hotel. the price compared with the quality is excessive ! The staff is sympathic and helpful. My experience was not Ok. The first night, at midnight, a horrible and very strong notice started during 30 minutes… could not sleep anymore :(

Very outdated furniture, I was very unpleasantly surprised of this 4-stars hotel! The photos on Google don’t reflect the reality or maybe some rooms are renovated, some not. Mine looked like nothing was changed since the ‘90s, there were no slippers, no bottle of water (you could take water from a machine next to the elevators, if you had a bottle of your own), the breakfast was exactly the same every day, low variety of food and very crowded in the mornings.

Can't imagine no air con in a 34 degrees night in a so-called 4 stars hotel. The window are broken after the room making. luckily, we meet a staff that change a room in the 2nd night, seems the air con is still not so good.

Our stay at this hotel was mixed. While the foyer and breakfast area downstairs have clearly been recently renovated and present beautifully, the same care has not been extended to the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was in desperate need of refurbishment — the carpet was heavily stained, and the couch was visibly old and marked. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the room included basic amenities such as a small bar fridge and a TV. However, the shower was quite small with limited hot water, which made it less enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and did their best to meet our requirements and needs throughout our stay, which we genuinely appreciated. We chose to extend our stay for a few extra nights after a tour, but in hindsight, for the price paid, we could have stayed closer to the Paris city centre with better room quality. Overall, while the common areas are lovely and inviting and the staff were accommodating, the rooms are outdated and require significant renovation to meet modern expectations.

We had a very Nice stay at the hotel. The service was good and the people were friendly. The beds were fine and the rooms also. My family and I had a very nice stay there.
