Staff is very friendly and understandable, they try their best of maintaining the service level between this small, old, ancient aerogare, no toilet after security control? Oh, it is normal there. Taxis parking everywhere, normal basaar vibe. Security Xray boxes have mini size, so, take care, some luggage or items cannot get through.

It is a very small airport. There are very few seats to sit or wait, and it is not comfortable at all. I only saw one place to eat. Beyond that, I went to the airport the night before to wait for my 6:00 a.m. flight. I did this both because the last train from the city center was at 9:00 p.m. and because I didn’t want to deal with traveling late at night. However, after the last flight at 00:30, we were told that the airport would be closed and that we could not stay inside. Apparently, it does not open again until two hours before the first morning flight. This was the first time in my life I had seen an airport close completely. Many people were forced outside, and we had to wait outdoors in the cold. We were allowed back inside around 4:15 a.m. Even then, there were very few flights, and the 6:00 a.m. flight eventually departed at 8:00. Strasbourg is a very beautiful city, but neither this airport nor the indifferent and harsh attitude of the staff is worth it. Anyone planning to go should be aware of this.

Pretty weird airport. Avoid. Our flight flew in on time from another EU Schengen country but we were made to wait for 30 minutes in the immigration area needlessly, simply because the staff forgot to open the door… when they finally opened the door, everyone applauded sarcastically. The wifi was not working. The parking situation was a mess, with people blocking the exit in the parking lot because he was waiting there instead of the pick up and drop off area without moving as they waited for their party to arrive. No security or staff to resolve this mistake. The airport is small, and looks nice at a glance but it’s operation seems to be messy, at best.

Very small very few outlets or eating places and a relaxation centre with no easy chairs so not easy to relax!! So go up to check in with no queue three staff sitting there doing nothing come back when they tell us to and à queue 200 long with 2 staff it’s lunchtime!!😩😩

Small airport compared to say Gatwick but for easyJet type flights it's fine. Just a lack of seats when busy.

Very small airport with ONE cafe and a very small duty free passed security. Not enough seats for people so you hope the flight is not delayed. I give 2 stars due to the fact that you will get through security/passport control quickly.

Airport taxi is a complete rip off. Was charged €60 for a 15 minute journey from airport to Molsheim. Additionally, driver drove at speeds of over 150kph! Looked at how much Uber charge for my return journey and it's just over €20...quite a significant difference! Do not use them, use Uber!

This isn't a big airport, but it's efficient hardly any waiting time for getting through security and passport control. Once in departure it's fairly small and somewhere to sit is fairly limited, there is only one food outlet so a bit of a queue there for food. Overall I like an airport like this over some huge impersonal one.
