Do NOT I repeat do NOT sign with this company! If I could give the minus 100 stars I would! It would represent the amount of times I have called and waited In line just to have them hang up on me and it would also represent the amount of emails I have sent with a promise of an answer in 3 days which of course never happens. This is without a doubt the worst insurance company out there! So I did what BPCE told me to and the same thing happened again I was forwarded to the same place where yet again no one answered my call. It’s actually an absolute joke! Shame on you BPCE!
The worstttttttt insurance companyyyyyy everrrrrr. If i could give less than 1 star i would. Filed a claim since July and I am yet to receive a response. Called a thousand times and sent sooo many reminders with no answer at all.
We don’t speak french very good, but we got very good service and help in the local bank office here in Banyuls.
Well, for the first call after waiting for 4minutes a person answer the turn off the call not even waiting what i want.. The 2nd call it went well...she listen very attentively...you just need to be very patient for the 4m waiting before a persin will pick up the call.
