We booked one night in a hotel and a special Valentine's Day dinner. We arrived at 8:00 p.m. and had an aperitif and starter. At 11:00 p.m. we never had the main course and dessert despite our reminders to the waiters. We ended up leaving completely disappointed by this lack of consideration. We contacted hotel managers twice to express our dissatisfaction, who told us that we would be called back and this was never the case.

Loana was above and beyond to make my stay memorable.. Thank you so much for the late checkout I appreciate it very much. A shout out to the bar men they were also incredible with their inspiration cocktails... The restaurant the waitress was sweet and nice.. I didn't catch her name ..

Compared with the rest of Cayenne, this hotel was clean and fresh. A true sanctuary from the hot and humid moldy climate. I was there for 3 weeks on a business trip. I do not have anything negative to say. We started our days with a great buffet breakfast offering everything you can think of, including Dragon Fruit. The pools are refreshing and well taken care of. After a long day, I can always count on a good Sushi Dinner of high quality. Staff was always helpful and courteous.

What a big disapoitment. The hotel is old, the staff will not take any effort to help you. The restaurants are awful. The bar is joke. I CANT say a single good thing. just avoid this bad hotel, maybe the new ibis downtown is a better choice

We arrived in the hotel from Ireland on what was an emotional personal visit. We couldn’t have asked more from the hotel and it’s staff from bar staff to restaurant staff to the staff who manned the desk made our visit as easy as it could be. Rooms were spacious and well equipped very clean. Despite language barrier everyone was kind and helpful. We especially commend Eshta on the desk who managed to book us in for an extra night when we thought we would have to change hotels she went above and beyond our only regret is that we had to change hotels on our last night we had felt so comfortable in the Royal Amazonia| Tricia Lowry | Chris Sayers

It's a nice business hotel, among the best ones in Cayenne. ||||The service is simply excellent, all the staff went above and beyond what we could have expected to make our stay as comfortable as possible, despite the difficult situation created by the covid-19 pandemic.||||The suite was very comfortable, and perfectly clean. Good breakfast, once again served by pleasant and efficient employees.||||Two swimming pools, including a quiet one for adults only. Small gym, in good condition.

Stayed for one night on business. Rooms are very clean and well put together. Location seemed safe. Had some issues with credit card not being accepted while checking out but on shift change that was soon resolved. Also, the previous male front desk staffer was unable to contact a taxi for me and the women who replaced him on shift change were able to solve that issue within minutes of taking up their shift. Had 2 co-workers staying their as well and their experience was also boosted by the helpful front desk staff.This so far, has been my only hotel experience in Cayenne so I cannot compare it to any other just yet but I have been told by other visitors that this is probably the best hotel in Cayenne. May be able to confirm/deny this within the next few days.
