We visited on a Thursday lunchtime and had the tasting menu, we both weren't drinking, but the non alcoholic drinks suggested were a great accompaniment to the meal. We couldn't fault anything at all. The service was attentive without being overbearing and the staffs knowledge and description of each element of the menu spot on. The food was that you would expect, each course a perfect marriage of flavour, stand out dishes were the smoked eel, tuna tartar and the mushrooms (but that's just being picky!) A great all round experience

Wow just wow! Having travelled and eaten in great restaurants, yet this meal blew me away! The research in produce, the stories behind each snack, dish or wine in mind blowing. You feel the passion and love for food wine and service from the Brothers which they managed to pass on very well as well to their team. As my dietary requirements got well taken care of, and even though i was eating alone i never had a dull moment by either a great chat with the staff or just watching the stunning view. The location is on top of that so relaxing. One of the best meals in a long time cant wait to be back and also check out the hotel!

We wanted to treat ourselves to one special meal whilst on holiday and chose the restaurant based on its reviews and appearance in the Michelin guide. We were not disappointed. We opted for the 'minerale' menu...4 courses. The 'snacks' to start were amazing...beautiful to look at and fabulous to eat. Tuna tartare was next...so tender and fresh. Pork fillet for main with grilled courgettes and then an amazing pavlova to finish. All the plates were like works of art. Service was fantastic explaining the course details each time and the restaurant itself is very stylish. I don't think it will be long before they get a well deserved Michelin star.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. He is a chef and appreciates the experience of a Michelin star restaurant on a deeper level. We went for the 'mistery' menu and were amazed by the food, every single dish was perfect, the flavours were paired in the most ingenious way to help them burst on your palette beautifully. The service was lovely, all the waiters were extremely nice and helpful, explaining each dish. Beautiful location and atmosphere. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience.

We had a fantastic dinner. I speak a bit of French but service was spot on in English for our relaxed enjoyment of the evening. The setting is beautiful and the drive breathtaking. The wine menu is very extensive and rightly focuses on the region. The sheer number of amuses is crazy but I think has a reason behind it. An interpretation of Cesar salad, the foie gras, a version of the onion soup etc are all served to get the classic probably most sought after dishes out of the way. Then chef proceeds to show his own take on an Italian rhythm 4 course dinner with clear influences of Hispanic roots. It is not far off from what I had at 3 Michelin starred hermanos torres in Barcelona in its execution. Not all was perfect to give an honest point of view. The second round of amuse with a poached oyster and granite was not doing justice to the main product (we had the exact type from the producer hours earlier at the Etang). Desserts were also rather lacking behind the start of the dinner. And lastly, we ordered a bottle of 2020 light red and without asking it arrived in a decanter. I prefer to decide myself if a wine needs to be exposed to more oxygen or not. Once it happened, you can’t put it back. Well you can into the bottle which the service team again happily and friendly obliged to. It sounds like there is a bit of criticism, but really it’s just to give this amazing experience and honest recount. I would and will come back time and again for the great hospitality and incredible gustatory experience.

Great service, great staff, excellent meals. Beautiful location. We had a few dietary requirements and a wheelchair. They handled everything with professionalism and grace. Very impressed. If you’re looking for a dining experience then this is the place.

Really great place. Been different nice spot around d the world and this one is definitely scoring high. The place is really beautiful and the food quite amazing. Been on tapas side and we were really surprised of the quality of the foods served and associated wines. Probably one the best place around if you want to create a nice moment.

We stayed here for a working weekend and some relaxing. The location is stunning. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax in with the sun and a lovely pool. We loved listening to the sound of the nearby stream.|The most incredible part of this place is the people. Truly passionate about food and wine. You MUST eat in the restaurant, the best dinner I have ever had.|I want to come back and I want to show this place to friends and family, it is amazing 😀
