I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The level of customer service was far below what I expected, staff were unhelpful and communication was poor throughout. There was a clear lack of professionalism, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. Instead of resolving the issue, the situation was handled in a dismissive way, which made things even more frustrating. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. There are definitely better alternatives if you’re looking for reliable service and respectful customer care.

The best garage in Aubagne by far - they really saved us!! We were on vacation with our camper van and our alternator defected. We went to several garages, even Volkswagen Utilitaires, and no one was willing to help us. Even though the team at FARSY was busy that day also, a mechanic took a look at the van and quickly determined the fault. Then they ordered the alternator that got delivered the same day and the team even went the extra mile to fix the car that same day so that we could sleep in the car and continue our trip. The price for the fix was reasonable and the entire team was supportive and competent. We can greatly recommend the garage and shop, 5*****
