We ended up at this hotel after being redirected due to overbooking at the one we originally booked. Although we were initially frustrated as the quality didn't quite match our expectations, the staff was very friendly, and since it was just for one night, we managed. Overall, it's clean and decent for a short stay, though it feels more like a motel than a hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, well-working air-conditioning (comes handy in hot summers like this), very comfortable bed and pillows, wifi working well. All the main ingredients were here for a nice stay at a reasonable price :) I can greatly recommend it.

Aged "hotel", with small rooms, more suitable for transit, not for longer stays. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, hairdryer, towels, double bed, TV (French channels only), desk and a chair (no fridge). Breakfast is rather basic, and you have to eat early enough, otherwise there is nothing left to eat. Parking available, but very tight spaces. Shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Public transportation not far from the hotel (bus lines 26 and 52)

American style motel, you enter your room directly from outside. My room had no toilet paper and no towels. Good enough room if you need to just sleep after a long day. Location is great for the expo but don't go here if you want to visit the city. Good internet connection in the room.

I visited Lyon for the Salon du 2 Roues at the Eurexpo Centre. I chose this Hotel as I was using Public Transport and it seemed to have good access to Lyon, Eurexpo and the Airport.||||I had asked for a ground floor room and although close to the road, it was quiet. The rooms here had been refurbished with new Bathroom fittings and a large walk-in Shower replacing the standard Bath with Shower over. The Bathroom was very clean and the Shower was great.||||The Bedroom area was fairly standard Campanile but very clean and, I think, recently decorated. As I was on my own, it was more than big enough.||||The Restaurant was very busy with a visiting sports team but I was served promptly and enjoyed a nice meal. The Receptionist and Waitresses were very pleasant and very helpful and added to the friendly atmosphere.||||I use Campanile a lot because I like the format - rooms and restaurant - and, as a diabetic, it is normally easy to be careful as the Buffet format gives me the control. This particular Campanile is the best I have stayed in and, if it is an indication of the new refurbishment of the rooms, it bodes well for the future.
