I contacted the company to service my air conditioning unit. As part of the service they meant to check various points including cleaning the filter, fluids level etc. I was charged 139 euros for 15mns service. I rang them up few days later when I turned my unit on for the first time, asking them why is my unit have a red light on and explained to them that the instructions manual is saying that it must be fluid related and if they could pop back and check it. They ignored my calls, text messages and I even went to their shop for them to tell me literally to get lost and they do not do maintenance on this type. I was completely taken aback, I felt offerended by the way they spoke to me, rude unprofessional. I trusted them been a local company and literally ten minutes away from my stay and yet they refused to check the red diode. Please stay away from this company. Both the owner and the two young engineers were rude and so unprofessional.

Nous avons fait installer des climatiseurs en 2022, l’entreprise assure l’entretien de nos climatiseurs depuis et nous avons fait installer un nouvel équipement cette année. Nous sommes ravis des prestations de l’entreprise de M. Merenda, ses employés sont toujours très agréables, polis et rendent les lieux dans un état impeccable.
