Nice hotel for a quick visit to Strasbourg. Convenient location with a 3 min quick access to a train station. The staff was polite and helpful, especially Hamada who helped us with a lot of things. We chose the 4 bedroom option which is a bit congested, but works at this price. The breakfast was above average.
We spent one night there with one family room (up tp 4 people) and 1 double room. The place is situated behind a local store (follow the signs to the entrance)||We had a problem to get our pass as we arrived before the welcome desk was open but the use of the digital helpdesk was good and someone came to help us quickly.||Easy access to Strasbourg center (15minutes without traffic)||Rooms were clean and big enough apart from the family room bathroom that was very small. Quiet during night. Breakfast is optional but a good deal with croissants, bread, juice, eggs and bacon.
The hotel is good for short stay
This hotel beated my expectations for a budget hotel. Although I was reluctant to book it at the first glance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the heating is working very well in -4°, the shower water pressure is strong, the essential bathroom toiletries available, and the internet is working well. But, IMO the unique thing about this hotel is the Reception personnel, Eddie, being very attentive, friendly and helpful, and that you can rarely find in France.
Great place to stay! Eddie was super kind and helpful. The room was comfortable for 4 people and the installation were clean and nice!
the location is great rooms are good and clean the price is good the breakfast is not that much but in Total is nice highly recommended
Like other B&B hotels doesn’t exceed like luxury or space inside of the rooms, but everything it’s clean and if you forget about the smell of some rooms. I would say that it’s enough to spend one or two days in this kind of place. You can find around the hotel places where you can eat and also few shopping areas. A good point is that you’re not pay for the parking place which is big enough.
The hotel employees were extremely nice and welcoming!! We really enjoyed our stay!
