I had a good experience, clean modern car, friendly staff, easy to drop the car back, no hidden surprise. If you don't go with the Premium cover, you need to be aware of the 1,300€ caution that will be blocked on your credit card. I will rent with them again.

I rented a car here in April and already had my own excess insurance. At pickup, they offered me an upgrade for a daily rate, which I accepted. Then they showed me two insurance options and implied that without theirs, the return process would take much longer. When I said I already had insurance, they told me they would give me a free upgrade if I bought theirs instead. I asked the price and was told around €110, so they guided me into cancelling my existing insurance. Only after that did they present the card machine showing about €160, saying the original quote did not include taxes and fees. At return, I arrived at opening time and the office was open but no one was available for about 10 minutes. Overall, I felt misled and pressured into paying more than I was originally told, which I did willingly but feeling like a dork. Be careful if you rent here :)

Dissatisfied because of two points, and very dissatisfied because of how I was answered and treated by the staff. 1. My flight got rescheduled, outside my control, and I made sure I communicated this delay to ok mobility more than a week before the rental. Nonetheless I was considered a "no show" and made to pay €60 admin fee. They told me all rental companies do so, I checked and this is not true. 2. We nearly got charged for a tiny scratch in the windscreen, a whopping €700, if it weren't for a couple of photos my wife took of the car during pickup. We hadn't even seen the scratch at first (it was night time), because it was so small. I believe the next client will undergo the same thing... My advice to all customers, stick to the edtablished rental companies to avoid these "small print" issues.

Everything went smoothly, we booked directly taking premium cover. The pick up and return were quick, no need to review the scratches, only 100 euro deposit for fuel which was released after 10 days.

The car was good and pickup ok. But we were pushed to take the full coverage which we did not. Then while returning the car, inspection was extremely exhaustive, searching for any scratch they could put on us. Thanks to the video I took at pick up I could demonstrate that scratch in tire was already there. Very bad approach to customers. It looks like they offer economic rentals and try to cash back with any incident the 1200e caution on the credit card. We are serious customers, if I had an incident I would say it. Felt awfull at return!

The staff deceives customers. They silently hand over documents requesting additional insurance, even though the customer has signed a full insurance policy with Booking. They discuss a refundable deposit, but then it turns out it's not a deposit at all, just the amount listed on the document. I've never encountered such scammers. They're common thieves. I strongly advise against OK Mobility to all customers.

Would never again rent a car here. As loyal client of the company with record renting cars in Spain from Ok mobility, Bordeaux experience was the worst. I had to extend my reservation for 1 day. Imposible to contact the office, 20 calls,emails. On the confirmation email can see different numbers for country code. French, Spanish,German staff told me all calls get turned back to Spanish client service. Had to drive to the airport just for that. Wouldn't recommend.

There's good reason 'scammers' comes up as a top key word in these reviews. Not content with charging a small fortune for excess cover and additional drivers, at the end of the hire period they decided to drop on an additional charge for fuel, despite the tank being filled up to the point it physically wouldn't take any more petrol, at the closest available petrol station before returning. This is all after my partner having to fight to get a refund on a 'mistaken' double charge on his credit card. They only refunded this after a visit, several emails and finally a threat to reclaim the money via his credit card company's fraud department. This 'company' is a bunch of con artists wanting to take their customers for a very expensive ride. Visibly disappointed when they don't immediately find a reason to sting customers for damages upon return of the car. No log of existing damages when the car is handed over but very thorough checks on return. Pay a little extra on the basic car hire fee from a proper hire car company. I'd recommend Hertz a few doors down.
