LE CLOS NOVELLA

We were cycling through the Alsace and stopped here after a long day in the sun. We were welcomed by Bruno who took us through a fantastic (and very generous) degustation of wines. During our whole trip these were our favourite wines and we can't wait to receive our order. They were classic expressions of the local grapes, but with a few surprises thrown in. After a long cycles we felt very well looked after and enjoyed a leisurely break at this lovely vintner.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this vineyard for three nights and had a fantastic time. The place is charming and peaceful, and the host was very friendly. We really enjoyed the wine tasting, the local wines from the vineyard was amazing! It was nice that we could walk freely around the vineyard and explore the beautiful surroundings. There are nice hiking trails nearby in the hills and forests, and the town of Barr is also very lovely. A perfect place to relax and enjoy good wine and nature!

We enjoyed our stay at the campsite and the wine tasting in October 2025 very much. Beautiful place.

This is such a GREAT place to stay in Alsace! Noëlle and her family couldn't have been any nicer, more welcoming, and more helpful. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast delicious. And the wines are delicious! I'm definitely coming back!

A wonderful, homey experience. Great wines, beautiful grounds. Extremely kind winemakers. Bread provided was also wonderful. Also took home some great wines at good prices. Have been twice and really enjoyed each time

Wonderful experience and delicious wines! I spent two nights at Domaine Bachert in the beginning of October while visiting friends in the same town of Barr. The place is conveniently located within 3 min walk to the center of this charming Alsatian town. Noëlle is a kind and gracious host spoiling her guests with delicious food and beautiful wines! Highly recommend to visit Domaine Bachert next time you’re in Alsace! Thank you, dear Noëlle for your hospitality! Hoping to be back one day with my hubby 🥂🍷
