I recently bought a used C-HR from Mathys Lacoste who was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with all the paperwork and answered all my questions since it was my first time buying a car in France. The process was made very easy and he speaks English so that helped me a lot. Another friendly person at Toyota is Tristan, who came to my aid when I had a question for the service desk during my 30 day check up. He didn't hesitate to help and also volunteered to help me figure out the Bluetooth on my car. Having traveled around Europe for the last year, solo, I am always very appreciative of kindness from others. Thanks Mathys for all your help and to Tristan, too. You guys made my day ☺️
