The most racist Ikea you can ever find in the entire world. People from outside of France, are unwelcomed here. They say "yeah we accept returning of Ikea couch etc" then when you actually show up, they try to bring down the price from 400 to 150 euro by arguing , it doesn't look same image as what they have in their online image. by making up lies. It literally makes you feel like you are talking to a chatbot AI. AI will do better job in comparing image with actual couch and know it matches. I strongly recommend non-french people to never come here. Disgustingly racist place.
Dears, your unloading services is a mess. Your logistic department should quit immediately. The way you organize the trucks unloading is something unprofessional and you should review this. We will never ever in our activity take any order with loading of unloading at your IKEA. It is a shame for this brand!
Worst customer service and worst delivery service. After several calls with no answer, the delivery man came without informing me of his arrival 15 minutes earlier, and does not agree to wait 5 minutes for me to come and pick up the item. Totally passive customer service, saying that I'm wrong and the delivery man is absolutely right. He wanted me to send him a message to agree to leave the item at the entrance.
There is not much to say about IKEA. It is the store that cannot avoid. Even if you don't care for their furniture, the things that everyone needs to organize their homes are plentiful and designed so they can be enjoyed for a long time.
You have to retrieve some furniture after paying at the exit. The indicative times are completely off and only one person is preparing the orders. When i asked when the order would be prepared, they told me it is my fault that i shop saturday. At the end after more than 1 hour of waiting and asking 3 times, someone finally checked. It turned out the order was somehow forgotten and was stuck in progress of being fullfilled for more than 1 hour
Just coming at 19h for eat, make the running there because want closed and the restaurant too just have 1menu. And the cleaning service at restaurant very patient waiting us for eat. For the customer service it's worst. The January i buy the light and February i just open because my condition it's very busy for make change my house. And I found the part of the light broke i think it's oke can make change because im still not put my new lamp. And in the march im came for make change the customer service dont want make solution because my condition when im buy its 14day for make retour cause of the promotion. And them don't want accept too if I change with another lamp ( the meaning i would pay more). For me pay more it's oke than my lamp must wait and wait or put in the trash. Hellowwwwwww IKEA don't make many customer disappointed. Make the best solution for your customers. I hope the manager or owner can see my complaint for make the solution. Thanks.
Being an avid Ikea goer, I try to always visit one when abroad. This one was quite a letdown. Only visited the restaurant for the record. Be a bit more understanding and helpful to non-native French speakers when you work at the register. Take example to the restaurant in Ikea Ghent, way more efficient and customer friendly. Also watered-down cream sauce, so sad.
