TOURCOING CHOCQUEEL

The B&B hotel was in a perfect location, 3 minutes walk from the metro and shopping centre, with a huge surrounding variety of shops and delicious restaurants. the staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much for them.

Very good if you’re looking for something simple and functional. The shower was excellent, powerful etc. Room was clean. Also I was very impressed with the acoustics, I think there’s sound proofing because I couldn’t hear a thing and so, I played music. The old woman with glasses at the desk was rude the next morning when I asked for my money back for the faulty vending machine, but that’s ok i wasn’t staying there to receive service etc, this is not the Ritz - Just somewhere clean and warm to sleep, near Tourcoing where I had some work.

Our train was delayed and we didn't arrive until midnight. But the online check-in service was great that I received my room and the access code before I arrived in the hotel, so I didnt need to queue up for the auto-check in machine. It is a fabulous service! The room is in line with the typical B&B Hotel experience - clean, simple and modern. The location of the hotel is within a short walk from the SNCF/metro. Certainly a good place to stay in Tourcoing.

Good location, near station and transit. Room is spacious enough and has the accommodation necessary. Only problem is the shower. The door doesn’t close all the way. Floor got wet every time shower was used. No hair dryer included as well.

The hotel has a basic feel, but it is very clean and everything you need is there. ||The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pointing out some nice restaurants we could visit. They also spoke very good English. ||We staying in a family room, which was spacious with simple decor that was clean and well maintained. The shower was excellent, hot and powerful!||Check in process was done. Is a computer, with easy to follow instructions. ||I would definitely recommend staying here.

A nice, conveniently situated hotel for a short stay. The hotel and the room was clean and tidy and offered all necessary facilities. The toilet needs some attention.

Hotel is located a short walk from the train station and also just a couple of minutes away from the center of town. I had a quiet room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and perfect value for money, only the coffee maybe a bit thin. I very much appreciated the nice welcome and the security guy at night who helped me getting in as I find fiddling about these room codes a bit cumbersome.

A special thank you to reception who helped me when my credit card would not work! Very helpful gentleman, who was kind and patient. Enjoyed my stay, we had a special rate, but will definitely use this chain again when available. The breakfast is adequate, but the bacon looked uncooked and cold. The croissants and coffee very good.
