Not a word of a lie when I say the noisette cookie was THE BEST COOKIE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Staff were so delightful! Gorgeous store. Such incredible variety. Everything made with such care and love, you could genuinely taste the difference from things in Paris- hand crafted and it shows! You can’t go wrong with anything here. Bread was scrumptious. Financier was perfect. I also had a crab savory thing in a glass jar which was delicious. Even treated me to a taste tester of a praline that was sublime! Wish I lived in Fontainebleau. Highly highly recommend. Very beautiful packaging too. Quite a special place!

Cassel only knows how to make chocolate and bread! The pastries as terrible, dry, old, and with no flour. The customer experience is terrible! There is no organization at the store, the ladies scream at you for not doing the line outside when you only want to buy bread ( at the end of the store). We got the most disgusting pain d’espice I have ever tried, the desert was old and dried. Next time I go I’m only getting chocolates!

Nice place and great service. The price is higher than in other pastry shops. But the quality and taste are appropriate.

The macaron is among the best I ever had! I tried once and came back again twice during my stay in town. The caramel, pistachio, lavender, rose, and vanilla macarons were all perfect. The marron glace is amazing too.

Great stuff but too overpricen in my view. I bought a birthday pistaccio cake, everyone liked it. Also a bit confusing store layout with several tills but I can forgive that

This place has a wonderful selection of pastries, sweets, and so on. This was a nice reward from walking from the station to the chataeu, I would have never found it. I 100% recommend this place for the quality and presentation! It was more than delicious, it was an experience! I tried an assortment of items and each one was amazing, the chocolate croissant was good and crispy, perfect and amazing. There is so many items, your going to either have to buy a lot as a tourist or weekly if your a local!

Best in town, and I'd even say one of the best pastries I've had, and I love pastries. They have really good ideas, like the strawberry tomato pie. Their takeaway dishes are also top game, I bought my lunch to have it later in the English garden of the nearby castle. Terrific!
