Last minute booking for 12 people from the uk that were working at the Paris airshow. This hotel is basic but it’s clean, (we’re a cleaning company so we know) the beds are comfortable and the showers are great. The man on reception was really helpful and friendly. He let us use the restaurant area and the patio to eat and drink food we had bought ourselves in the evening as they don’t have a bar anymore. ||It’s about 30 minutes to Bourget airport but on the days of airshow it took much longer so bear that in mind if travelling there. ||There’s a great bar/bistro across the road with lovely food and a Chinese buffet next door. Local supermarket is about 5 minutes drive.||Also has the advantage of a gated car park. We would definitely stay again. ||The cleaner changed the beds and towels every day and did a great job.
This hotel was a big disappointment and definitely not worthy of a 3 Star rating. We only booked for one night to rest up after the flight but we stayed for 4 hours. The bed was sunken in my husband’s side of the bed. It must have had an extremely heavy person in it before we arrived. It needs replacing. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot for a shower. I would never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
Yes a basic hotel but really clean and super friendly staff who made our party of 80 really welcome. The hotel gave us a simple but very adequate breakfast every morning including bread, croissants, cheese, ham, jam, cereals etc. A lovely touch was that they fillled the students water bottles up before we left every day. Please be aware that there is no reception after 8pm and it would be nice to have an area to sit after this time. No restaurant but a good Asian style buffet across the road. Would recommend for a good value stop over.
We're a family of 4 with 2 kids 9 and 12 years old. We booked this hotel, as it was on the way back from Disneyland. It's roughly 35 minutes away by car, south-eastwards. The stay was fairly affordable, and we got quite a large room with 4 single beds. Room size was ok, certainly larger than a hotel in the city, and it was clean too. However there's not much in this village, so I'd consider this hotel just as a stopover to sleep. Can't tell anything about the breakfast, because I made an error with the booking: I actually wanted a stay with a breakfast included option, but somehow I ended up booking the room only. We then went to a bakery with café a few villages further, so it was ok. The hotel has a very large parking, and wifi was free.
Check in was good. Basic clean rooms and nice to relax in. Always good for short stay but not long stay. Not very good for family holidays but good just for friends or school trips. Nice to have a fan in the room as it was hot. Breakfast was basic French breakfast example croissants, bread and drinks. About 20 minutes away from Disney land Paris by coach. |Would stay again!
The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good. Linens were adequate. I'm running out of reasons to stay here. First off, no air conditioning. I know that many European hotels don't have it, but opening the windows with traffic noise and mosquitos was not an option. The standing fan was not a good enough adversary for the stuffy, warm room. The bathroom door didn't stay open unless it was jammed against the bed. With no ventilation, it felt like a sauna in there. The breakfast buffet was sparse ( one meat & one cheese, both not covered and both a bit dry), except it was possible to scramble your own egg. The lobby completely closes at 8p.m and there are no phones in the rooms. If there were some sort of emergency, I would have had to go downstairs (29 steps from my room, no lift) & call the manager's number that was posted on a door.|What more needs to be said?
I stayed here at this hotel as part of a school trip. The bedrooms were very cosy, as I shared a room with 2 other class mates. However, the bedrooms were very small, the desk was tiny, and the room only had 3 sockets. We had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was decent, but a tad slow. The continental breakfast was basic, but ok.
We booked this place as an ideal launch pad for trips to Paris and Disneyland - it was perfect. No lift, so get 1st or second floor rooms. Parking on site. Nice restaurant in Chelles village, which was 15 min walk and with rail link to Paris(not worth the drive)
