I’m extremely disappointed with your service. On the morning of the 24th I missed one phone call from the courier; I had received no e-mail warning me he was coming or telling me when. As soon as I realized I’d missed the call I tried to reach him—both by text and by phone—around 11 a.m. He ignored my message and hung up on me within seconds, giving me no information about where, when or how I would receive my parcel. Imagine my surprise when I discovered he had simply dumped it at a random location 2.3 km away from my address. Further attempts to contact the driver were futile; he clearly just wanted the delivery off his list with no regard for the inconvenience he caused. This is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on both the delivery and GLS. I will not be using your service again.

Very and very bad logistic company,I don’t recommend it to anyone. The delivery was planed on 2th October, I didn’t got it,I was in their office on 3th to take my order by self,they said me that is impossible cuz already they loaded the car for delivery,and they promised that tomorrow will be delivered at my house(on 4th October) Now it’s 5 and I still didn’t got my delivery. Waiting for it. 0 STARS

Just throwing a delicate optical product over a gate isn't a delivery. It's a crime.
