Unbelievably rude owner or if not then the main receptionist when we arrived. Charged us for our dog then incredibly "realised" that dogs are not allowed in the VIP mobile homes. If we'd known that when we booked we wouldn't have stayed there. One of the staff was very helpful finding us another mobile home in a different area right next to the beach. Fantastic location but no linen. The next morning the rude receptionist/owner wouldn't let us leave the campsite until they had checked the place was clean. We had to insist they lift the barriers so we could head for the tunnel. I don't usually leave reviews but I found this to be one of the very worst experiences I have had of customer service. I'm sure there are plenty of other places in the area where you will be welcomed.

There are two places with the same name in the same region - be careful. We went here first and the reception staff were so unbelievable rude, I would never stay here. Rather than just explaining that I needed to redirect somewhere else, they shouted and waved aggressively at me to leave. I didn't understand why I was being asked to leave until they finally explained (again aggressively) that I needed to go to the other site. If this is how they treat people, then guests beware. I have just spent 2 weeks travelling around Europe and this is by far the worst experience of my trip. I'm a seasoned traveller and happy to tell anyone I speak with to stay clear!

IF YOU'RE IN A MOTORHOME, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We stayed here for just 1 night in Sept 22. This site is not set up for Motorhomes, perhaps the good reviews are from people in the static homes and didn't use the facilities?! Our pitch was next to the beach (the only plus) but we had a brick wall for a view, our private toilet block was shared with the toilet waste so you can imagine the smell! The other toilets and shower block were very dated. Wouldn't have been a problem if they were in good working order and clean but they weren't! Oh and you had to pay extra for the pleasure of using such facilities!! This was the 2nd most expensive site on our 2 week trip across Northern France and it was definitely the worst!! I do not recommend this site at all.
