Our last meal in France after a 2 week holiday and this was the perfect finish: 🏡 Beautiful traditional decor – the interior felt cozy and authentic 👩‍🍳 Amazing service – our server Chloé was fantastic! She spoke great English and patiently explained the dishes that we haven't heard of before. 🍽️ Delicious traditional Flemish food – full of flavour and well presented And most importantly, dog friendly! Would definitely come back!

Very cute small spot that can actually hold more guests then expected. Full Flemish and Welsh inspired food, but seems like the steak was their bestseller. We were quite impressed over our 3 course menu for around 30€ p.p. and they were huge portions and very tasty. I was able to easily translate their menu with my Google Lens thus it was shown that they have a variety in food offerings. The beer selection was huge and very good (Brugues beer is recommended!) and they got good sizes (25,33,50,75cl). We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come again.

We have arrived from 300kms specially to this place, but the stuff was not welcome at all. They simply refused to serve. I think for such a special case stuff could be more appropriate and sensible rather just to say we do not serve.

Love this place, we found it by chache when we were wandering around France and Belgium on a weekend. We live in Holland and we like to cross the border for good food, and we always gladly come back by booking; the food is excellent, genuine, plentiful and tasty .. We will also be back for Easter and we will bring our friends who will come to visit us from England.

I love this place ! I've been there several times, and it's always an amazing experience ! If you're looking for a typical Flemish ambiance, this is the place to be. The food is incredibly delicious and generously portioned. It's a true haven of pleasure!

Typical regional food heavy on cheese and meat. Service was inattentive and uninterested unfortunately. Vegetarian and vegans are totally out of luck. Cote de boeuf was chewy and thin. Lamb shank was nice. Big bowl of fries was nice on the top but soggy halfway. Limited but reasonable wine selection. Only positive is that it's open on Mondays. If you're in town any other day you have better options...

An excellent restaurant with a lot of history. The food was delicious and the service was very good. I liked the interior design and the waiter even gave me local tips. I loved the Belgian style fries. The menu has a lot of options.

Very quick and friendly service. A few vegetarian options available. If you make a reservation you can sit in the cozy main room with open kitchen and a fire place
