Avis
Nice quiet pleasant site clean modern facilities. 20 minutes walk to beach and regular bus into Toulon. Very friendly helpful staff particularly Emilie
This campsite was set in the hillside near Le Pradet (a small town/village near Toulon). The campsite is predominately used by French campers and holiday home renters/owners. We were the only English there which didn't worry us. The lady on reception spoke perfect English and was very welcoming. We had a large pitch and the toilet block (although basic) was nearby and clean. The best thing about this campsite was the pool. It was a good size and very clean. It was also not too busy compared to many of these campsites. There was no battling for sunbeds either, as they were either available or people were civil and offered them if they were not using them. There was none of the leaving your towels to reserve a sunbed which you get in some places. At some lunch times my children were the only people in the pool. The pool has a lovely outlook too. The beach is about a 15-20 min walk. It is a small beach but is nice and has a good ice cream place. There is no shop on the campsite, but you can order bread etc. for the morning, and there is a HyperCasino a 15 min walk away. Le Pradet is a nice little resort, but is very expensive (as is most of France to us now).
Very well organised campsite with great facilities. Very nice pool area. Some pitches are a bit small. Tried to get the ACSI discount but was told that a €20 frais de dossier would apply - this is not charged for normal bookings. Also told no guarantee that there would be space if just turn up. Some people paid the ACSI price for the same period with no frais de dossier. Confusing. Nearest beach is ok but not much there. Plage de Monaco nicer but further. Great cycle route to Toulon and towards Carqueraine.
The pitches are quite spacious and offer enough privacy. The camping has a huge pool, which is nice. But having to pay for wifi is really annoying. This is not a cheap place, and then having to pay for internet on top of it just seems mercenary. The showers are good. But the toilets were always dirty and uncomfortable. They offer shuttles to the beaches, which is a bonus. Another plus was being able to rent bikes. The staff was also very nice. The restaurant had a very small menu, and the prices were ridiculously high for camping food. We didn't try, it though, so I can say if it was any good.
We stayed here for a few days and enjoy it a lot! You can walk to the beach within 15 minutes. The people at the reception were really friendly and spoke English very well. The swimming pool is really nice and big! Overall the camping was really clean. Again we enjoyed our stay very much
Nice big pitches amongst static caravans plenty of shade but I still managed to get a satellite signal. Site has a lovely pool and there is a beach around 1200m away down hill also around 1200m to square with restaurants and pubs. We cycled to Toulon from here which is pretty flat once your on the cycle route. Only negative point would be toilets could do with a update but they are on par with most sites in France. So to some it up nice site, friendly staff, lovely pool, big pitches within Walking distance to the beach
The site is nice enough and well placed, (although late at night you can hear the boy racers on the main road), the facilities are clean and appear fairly new...but I cannot recommend this place. This place advertises that it's a family resort - it's their main tagline. We experienced hatred of children and English speakers from others (French) staying on the site. One family was harassed by staff because they claimed the children were too noisy, (they were not screaming but they were being children), yet French families (who were just as noisy), were not approached. We also experienced lots of noise and movement from others from 6.30am on a Sunday morning. We visited at the end of the season and still had to pay the going rate despite the pool and restaurant, games room, etc., being closed. Edited in response to the owner: Roman, after viewing your response I am even more convinced that I would not recommend this for English speaking families. I was present and therefore something that is fact cannot be defamatory. I am also, therefore, not misinformed but experienced - as I stated in the initial review, this is what we have experienced while staying on the site. You/your staff, did not intervene once as they both spoke to, (at least twice including the toilet incident) and even telephoned the family within a couple of hours on the Saturday morning to advise that the children were being too noisy and rowdy. I know this because I was with the family and my son was playing with the children. I did not witness the children making a mess in the toilets, and find it bizarre that at that time that this was supposed to have occurred, my son was with them, yet you only came looking for a pitch number, not a description of the children, which would lead me to believe that the family were not welcome. Why do you claim that the other campers were certainly exasperated by the attitude of the children? Surely if you pride yourself on being a family resort then children should
The site is predominantly 80%., weekend and summer static vans with an intermix of serviced plots to accommodate large caravans and motor homes, it is well maintained, very clean wc blocks but in high season I think you may have to wait for a wc or shower. The pool look great but was closed when we arrived 28th Sept 22 reception excellent and very helpful. Would stay again .
