We stayed for a single night. The hotel is small (5 rooms), but perfectly formed. The soft furnishings were beautiful in the bedroom. We stayed in the Blue Room (you’ll find out why it’s called that).||The bed was the most comfortable of our week in France.||The bathroom was stylish, had a full bath and well appointed.||The couple who own the property have lovingly|refurbished it over the past 10 years. It dates back to the 17th century.||The parking is private, secure and is adequate for the number of rooms.||The location is in a quiet street right in the middle of Épernay.||The breakfast was expansive and plentiful. They book up early, so you’re lucky if you can get a room. While it’s not cheap, it’s prices in a similar way to other properties, but is good value for what you receive. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again, but for longer.||Highly recommended.

An amazing and beautiful hotel. We arrived early (about noon) but that was not problem, car parked in the secured parking/courtyard, allowing us the full day to explore Epernay. Each bedroom was individually decorated with AC, very comfortable bed and a shower. A glass of champagne was served late afternoon. Breakfast was gorgeous. Fantastic welcome from the hosts, and absolute gem. Highly recommend.

Would have loved to stay but was sick and provided a weeks notice that I would need to cancel. Am sure that the property is quite wonderful which is why I chose it originally. Unfortunately the owners were unwilling to waive the cancellation fees. Very disappointing.

Beautiful B&B with character in the centre (albeit quiet street) of Épernay enabling close access to all the shops, restaurants, and Avenue de Champagne. Parking is off the street in a locked courtyard, which was an attraction for us. We were each offered a glass of local champagne on arrival, which were enjoyed in the outside garden courtyard. Our room was small but beautifully furnished with much artwork on the walls. Each room is uniquely decorated - ours being themed on Papillons (butterflies). The choice and quality of the breakfast was first class. The husband and wife owners were friendly and helpful. Yes, it is expensive for a B&B, but it is Epernay - the centre of Champagne production.

I found this B and B here on T.A. and booked on faith:) Wow! what an incredible couple of days. I was sad to leave. We arrived in Epernay at 11 am. Anne Marie happily stored our luggage until our 3:00 check in. We booked the Portrait Room, Bright with very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, lots of outlets and access to a communal fridge, coffee maker and microware. Breakfast is included and it is fantastic. Anne Marie must be up at 4 am making croissants because these were literally the best, I've ever had. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Anne Marie and her husband.

Charming and very quaint B&B. Good room and bathroom. One heads up is that while it has an amazing but quite deep bathtub and hand shower there is no separate shower. Should be taken into consideration when booking the room. Good continental breakfast. Very centrally located and within 5-10 minute walks of great restaurants

Delightful and quirky B&B slap bang in the middle of Epernay. The hosts made us feel very welcome with a glass of champagne in the small courtyard garden. Our room, Papillon, possibly the smallest in the house, was very well equipped and comfortable, not least with quiet and efficient air conditioning which was very welcome during a minor heatwave. Plenty of choice for breakfast, and a myriad of restaurants within a few yards to choose for dinner. Parking available. Would be very happy to revisit.
