We used this hotel as an overnight stop on the way back to the UK from the Alps. Its location is very convenient on the outskirts of Arras. We had a family room for 4- 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. All in all very good and incredible value. There is also a nice LEON restaurant next door where we ate. We will definitely use this hotel again when we are are travelling back from the snow. Overall excellent.

Unsafe and extremely dodgy. Was awoken at 4am with a man shouting aggressively next door to us. The hallway stank of marijuana. Only dodgy men staying at this hotel. We were there with children and felt extremely unsafe. When I tried complaining to reception they basically just didn’t care at all, must be a common occurrence. Avoid this place.

We stayed for one night at this hotel, The room amenities were nicely done, spacious and were very comfortable. friendly and helpful receptionist. Stress free stay.

Very basic but good value - we paid £70 for one night for a family room - double & 2 singles. Convenient parking right outside. Room has no real facilities such as hairdryer or kettle but for the price we thought this hotel was perfecty fine. Breakfast was available but we did not have it.

A, great hotel for an overnight stay it was just like a Travelodge in the UK. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the, shower was, good and hot the car park was, secure with fence and gate. The hotel is very close to restaurants within walking distance. You must visit Leon's who serve the best mussels in town.

Only stayed one night. Good breakfast. Nice staff. No complaints.

Stayed here for a one night pit stop on the way back from Disneyland Paris before getting the calais ferry in the morning. Rooms clean and bed was comfortable. We were arriving after reception was closed, but the automatic checkin facility worked fine to checkin to the two rooms we booked. If you arrive late then park up outside the gates (plenty of spaces) and then walk through pedestrian entrance round through the car park into the foyer. Enter name and booking number into the ATM type machine and you get the codes to your room, the same code opens the front gate. There's no coffee or tea facilities in the room, but vending machines in reception. There were no electric car chargers, but looks like work is underway to install them. Some EV charging options were nearby. All in all a good stay, a slightly better all round hotel vs say an Ibis.
