This campsite is really well located on the beach with great pools and slides for kids. BUT the accommodation is extremely poor. Our mobile home smelt of cigarette smoke from the moment we checked in and was also very dirty and needed a full deep clean. ||We complained and they sprayed some air freshener the first night which masked the smell for about 30 minutes. Despite having all windows and the door open every moment we were awake, the smell could not be got rid of. Each time we returned to the mobile home from being at the beach/ pool etc the mobile home stunk of smoke. ||We were without hot water on 2 occasions - once when the gas ran out which they replaced. The 2nd time the boiler had totally broken and required 3 visits from their ‘technical team’ then a plumber to be called out. ||The accommodation is very poorly maintained - old fridge, ripped sofa and beds, rusty blind, mouldy shower. Despite asking to be moved there was apparently nothing available. ||The mobile homes are Very close together and it all feels very squashed in. ||I’ve stayed in Yelloh campsites on many previous visits to France and this did not compare in terms of accommodation. ||Grande Motte is a beautiful seaside resort and it’s a beautiful part of France. Unfortunately would not return though to this campsite.

Great place for families with children! Location right next to the beach (the beach was very pleasant), well-kept swimming pool with slides of various levels of difficulty. Staff veeeeeery nice. Although the cottage was small, it offered everything necessary to be happy (it's great that there was a dishwasher). A well-stocked grocery store with normal prices. Nice area. There is an oceanarium nearby (we went there 4 times during the week) I RECOMMEND

We had a great holiday at Le Boucanet. We spent a week there from 20th to 27th August 2016.||The caravan was very clean on arrival. A few items were missing from the inventory but the helpful staff at the Reception sorted it very quickly for us. We had only one issue with the boiler and by the time I went to the Reception and walked back to the caravan, the technical service team was already sorting it.||The private beach was not even 2 minutes walk from our caravan and was never crowded. ||Our 4-year old son loved going to mini-club even though he does not speak French. (He does understand it perfectly though). The animation team was very friendly and good with the kids.||The swimming pool was very clean and safe.||The only negative we could raise is the cleanliness of toilets near the centre of the camping. But it did not spoil our holiday.||The restaurant on the site offers decent quality food but there are lots of restaurant in nearby La Grande Motte.||There is so much to see less than 90minutes away from the camping as well: Nimes, Aigues Mortes, le Pont du Gard, Avignon, Arles, Montpellier, Baux-de-Provence, etc.||It's decided, we're going back next year. This time, we'll stay 11 days though...

This place is amazing!!! I had so much fun here! I came with my grandparents and I’m 15 years old soo I was looking for teenagers to hang out with. They have a club with teens with activities throufght the whole week like treasure hunt, shows, pool parties, boat. The animators are so nice! 😊 there is KELYAN: he is an amazing person with great sencs of things and always have a smile 😃. He was the person in charge of the teens. There was AGATH: she is so amazing in so many ways, she organizes everything for all the kids! MARGOT: since the first week I met Margot and I just saw her smile and I felt so comfortable and so much trust in her that we just connected. After you stay for even s week you feel so connected to the animators and such a deep friendship! NICO: is so nice! He is so funny with his jokes and his way of dancing! 🕺 he is always smiling! LALOU: was so great! She was so fun and cool, I loved talking to her and laughing together. MANON: she is in charge of all the animators. She is such a great dancer with such a nice attitude. She had a lot of hard work to do during the week but still she was always smiling and full energetic😊. ALEX: was sooo nice. He is especially funny 😄 all the time with his jokes and his way of speaking. He is the choreographer so he had a lot of work to do. He was also in charge of the gym. Overall it was amazing!! I had the best summer vacation and I met life long friends. The week I was there there was 40 teens!!!!! It was AMAZING…!!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!! Another great thing was meeting the maskots of FARFAROL! They were super nice and kind! I loved learning all there dances watching them on stage. Hope to come back soon❤️😊😊🤩🤩

Only 20 meter or so next to the sea, with a pool, jacuzzi and all services, this camping is really nice! The locations is perfect and not too close to the city with all the animations and concrete! There is party organized by the camping! Only bad thing is the floor, it's sand and rock which makes the tent difficult to stay stable.

This year was my 5th time returning to the campsite, and this time I chose to rent one of the thatched cabins. ||||They are an ideal way to enjoy the site and the location and there is plenty of room for 2 people, a double bedroom,a little kitchen diner, beautifully clean bathroom and a terrace/desk with a dining table and chairs, since it is ideal to cook dinner and eat outside.||Located a stones throw away from the beach its also ideal to pop to and from the beach and back to your own bathroom( thats important!) ||This has to be the friendliest and most relaxed campsite ever, and everyone- staff and campers are so so lovely. Bread is freshly baked in the shop 3 times a day and there is a bar with free Wifi. The pool is huge and has a kids area, and a covered area so you can swim even if it turns chilly ( rare!)||||I could not recommend this site enough and will be returning many more times!

We read about this site in the MMMagazine , the article raved about what a fantastic place it is so we were convinced to forego some days in Spain and drop in here first. Boy were we disappointed. The pitches were soft sand and many rigs had to camp on the outer edge of the pitch to ensure they didn't get stuck, making driving between the lanes difficult. The toilet and shower blocks were mixed ( as usual and not a problem) but the cubicles were so small and the state of the toilets was disgusting it effected no privacy and made for a very unpleasant experience. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first early morning. Didn't even try the pool but if a place can't keep the toilets clean heaven only knows what the pool might hold. Even in the morning the cleanliness was no better and I saw no cleaning staff around unlike most campsites. The beach was lovely with sand as soft as talcum powder and the site had a wonderful fragrance of cloves or old fashioned 'pinks' but the site could be so much better.

We stayed here for a week, me and my partner are both native English speakers but he does know a bit of French. Every time we ask for help in English in the info desk, they are always so accommodating. Their English is a bit iffy but nonetheless, they were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come back next summer! Also, I want to add, our room was really nice!
