TV unit purchased was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Fits perfectly in our living room. Great customer service follow-up from PIB to ensure we were happy with the product and the service.

PIB supplied us with a magnificent stool that is used with a drawing table. The stool was exactly as described and advertised. Unfortunately the stool was damaged during transit. PIB on receipt of my e-mail with the photos immediately advised their dismay and issued a replacement for it without me having to ask. Their customer service is first class and more retailers need to be so pro-active. Highly recommended for this alone, but their products are a very high standard also.
