Excellent!!!! Searching for an apartment here in Paris and areas around it is definitely not easy! With the work style of agents, the rules and regulations in France, it becomes even more difficult. However I was lucky enough to encounter Paul at their branch in Faubourg de lArche La Défense. Paul was efficient, understood my file, my needs for a specific type of appartement and excellent in his communication between the landlord and I. He made it all happened super fast. I was handed over an appartment renovated ( as per his promises during my search ) and he kept his word until the end. He also is very professional in his interactions and a positive personality. The agency is one of the most impolite and unprofessional agency I have seen. I had already made an offer to the seller and still the agency displayed the appartment online when I was in direct contact with the buyer and had completed sale with the buyer .The price was has been put 50 thousand higher than the price negotiated while the apartment is already in the bad state. I am not sure if they give a good information to buyers on what's going on in the appartment.... They are more bothered of thier commission. Infact the Madam Mourrisat is one of the most impolite agent I have talked with. She is never ready to talk in English and doesnt even advice or talk with patience.her way of talking is I don't care what is your situation I will do what I want.

They like all other agencies, need a physical guarantor who is french and who earns 3 times the rent. That for me is impossible to find. They don't accept international guarantor even when you show proof that you have been paying rent on time for the last 1 year in France from a foreign student loan. That is just sad and pathetic to me.
