We were in the main building. Reception people were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. No decaf coffee available for the coffee pod machine! Niggling con:Toilet seat was very loose, should have been tightened by cleaners or replaced?

Location is perfect for the centre of Dunkerque, the studio apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. It was clean and well kept, it was quiet, there was a bar and breakfast was available although no actual restaurant but no a problem because there were plenty of restaurants available in walking distance

very good breakfast. Good stay. Main bad thing is the design of the shower door. It opens inside, which means that it is difficult to go out after a bath.

The hotel has several buildings. So look for the signs to reception where you will check in and be issued your key and directions to your building. Mine was two buildings down from reception which wasn't a huge deal. The room was a small twin for just me. It has all the creature comforts one could expect, but the smell coming out of the shower drain was nauseating. Otherwise it was clean and everything worked as advertised. Parking is available on site (check with the front desk), the breakfast was delicious, and you are within walking distance to many of the city attractions. Thanks for the stay!

The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the room was very hot despite the radiators being turned off. The receptionist told me that a lot of people have reported this but unfortunately they can't control the heating individually as it's all linked together. So the sign in the room to turn the heating down to save energy is a little pointless. It's not quiet, especially from inside noise (other rooms, fridge) and there are no blinds. Thankfully in the winter it wasn't a big problem but when it's light early it would really bother me. The location is good though and I had a lovely view of the harbour.

This place is an absolute rip off. The man at check in was rude and unhelpful. The room was more like a cell than a hotel. Mould in the ventilator filters, the shower was discussing and the shutters on the windows are loud and uninviting. The other room had people shouting and partying all night long. The smell of smoke and cannabis in the corridors was putrid and when I complained the hotel have done nothing - despite me having sent photos of the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY.

Good 3-star hotel with friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night. The room was quite clean, comfortable, with a large and bright bathroom, white clean towels. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Good sound insulation and presence of sockets, good lighting. I liked the presence of a small kitchen, which is very convenient.The breakfast was hearty and varied. I liked everything.
