I called this person at around 9 pm one night as I needed a locksmith to enter into my apartment. He asked me to wait for him at a bar near my place as he would arrive in one hour. I was surprised at how he handled the call, as he would get very annoyed and angry at me asking the most normal questions for the situation (estimated time of arrival, estimated price, if he could provide a receipt..). But I told him ok as his price was relatively lower than the others. At 10 pm he calls to tell me he would be 30 minutes late as there is traffic, and then it became over one hour. And he kept getting angry at me and yelling that I have no patience, that I can't have "cheap and fast" and that I should call someone else as this would just be a "waste of time" for him (after I had been waiting for over an hour). I ended up picking someone else, so I can not really speak about the quality of his work but his attitude was highly disrespectful, unprofessional and I can not recommend him.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After calling the company, I was told to meet the owner outside of this location at 8:30. After an hour of waiting for him I was told to just meet him at my place. He promised he’d arrive in 15 minutes. I waited another hour and a half. Once he arrived he was “missing” half of the tools he needed. He proceeds to rip the base of the key out of the lock and then tells me to call a friend of his (but that they’re not working together). I choose to call someone else than the person he referred me to and he explained that nothing this guy did was logical.

Super rude, and unprofessional treatment. I ask him how much did he charge and didnt told me on the phone. He started screaming at me because i didnt what to pay 315€. He didnt want me to consult my parents the price and even presure me because “he had other costumers waiting” it was a saturday night and when i told him to just go he change his speech. Yes, he was fast opening the door, but his methods where so rudimentary and at the end he put a hole in my door and didnt have the thing to repared it. Hi Didnt give a receipt to cover it. After arguing he charged me 150€ and after i saw in the reviews that he charged less for the same situation.

One of the worst, scariest nights of my life. I called at 11pm. The locksmith said he'd be there right away, but that I should meet him at the cafe down the street first (not sure why). He said he couldn't call me because my number is foreign, so I should wait there and he'd look for me. When I got there, I called to ask where he was, and he said he'd be there within an hour. He said there was a lot of traffic (it was around 11pm and there were no cars on the road). I said I would wait in the back of the cafe. I waited for an hour, and then called him back. He said he'd be there in 30 to 40 minutes. I waited 40 more minutes and called him again. When he answered he was angry that I kept calling. He said traffic was very bad and he was rushing to get there. It was very late, and the cafe was emptying out, so I said I would go back and wait at the apartment. Some background: I lost my keys because they were attached to my wallet, which was stolen. I'm subletting the apartment from somebody, who had given me a spare key, which wasn't working (which is why I called the locksmith). I had nothing besides my phone (I was paying for everything via paypal, bank transfer, and apple pay). I had nowhere to stay except a friend's couch ~1 hour away by train. I'm here for work but most of my colleagues were out of town that night. I'm a young woman and I don't speak very good French, so I really didn't want to be out on the street alone. I had told the locksmith my situation over the phone. Once I got into the apartment building, I waited in the stairwell for 30 more minutes, until he finally arrived after 1am. When he arrived, he was very upset, shouting that this job is very difficult, he's not a magician, etc. I was pretty scared so I just said I'm so sorry and led him up to the unit.
