Finally, I’m here. I love coffee very much and knew probat since 2013. All the barista and owners of the coffee shops and micro roastery that I visited in Indonesia said that Probat is the best coffee roaster. And now I study in Germany and had a chance to visit Probat with my Uni. And It is true that Probat is the best!

Tried to help a business that need a heating body. had very negative experience as a whole. got a quota that included VAT, and timeline which the product will be ready, but it was not. Had to figure out a delivery solution by myself in the end, with minimal support from PROBAT. when got the product, it did not included cables and bridges to make the heating system work. I request to understand how come those are missing, and instead of an answer, got another quotation for the missing parts. honestly- getting very frustrated with this process at the moment. will not recommend.
