I bought a macarron ice cream. It was delicious and beautiful. I don´t remember how much I paied but it was something around 10,00 euros. I wish to go back so I can buy it again. The store is at a very nice street full of stores and palces to visit. It is close to touristic sites too.

The store is so nice inside. Had a great selection of pastries. The staff were also helpful and accommodating even at peak hours.

Very good macarons. The tears of Joan of Arc can be also tried. Limited English tough.

The absolute BEST macrons I have EVER tasted. They melted in my mouth. I’ve never understood the fascination with them until I had them here, in Rouen. They have haunted me & immediately had my brain whirling on how to get that exact texture. Haunted but inspired me to try and re-create this magic. Thinking perhaps I hadn’t had, “good” macrons, I ended up trying more in London from a bakery who’s name is named after the chef famous for macrons, he has a book I have at home on how to make them…but not even his came close to this baker in Rouen. Thank you for this experience and I do hope the new family owners continue to fulfill and honour your recipes and keep the brilliance of your grandmother’s recipe for macrons as is. I wish I could have studied from you.

Stumbled across this place. Macaroons are spot on and I got some very good dark chocolate with dried fruit and nuts. Highly reccomend.
