I had an appointment today with Virginie Bederic to sort out a few questions I had about my account. She could not have been more helpful. She answered my queries about my account and sent up my account for internet banking. Her English is excellent too! Great service, thank you.

I have conducted my banking with Credit Agricole in Bozel and found them excellent to deal with over the past 17 years. My advisor is M. V. Bederic who I find to be excellent and brings a real honest, customer first approach which is exactly what you would hope to find in your local small town bank branch. I have always received excellent advice and support on a range of services both in person and remotely especially when Im overseas especially considering French is not my first language. I have found their service far superior to the service I received from a competing bank in an nearby town. I cannot overstate how helpful the bank is to someone in my status and Im lucky to have such a supportive advisor. I recommend Credit aagricole Bozel to any acquaintances considering who to bank with.
