The staff are very unfriendly. There is lack of professionalism.. specially the ladies, they prefer chatting among themselves than assisting the clients. They don't make any afford to help the clients .. Such staff are disgrace. The company should get rid of the staffs who are not capable to do the job.

Nice hardware store, a bit like Lowes or home depot. However, more for the home builder and less for the professional as in the US. Staff are not experts in the field. A wide range and variety of materials and supplies, been there at least 50 times. With their fidelity card you get 5 or 15 euro discount every now and then.

Worst experience ever with staff. I was scolded just for having taken a wood board without using a cart. When I decided not to buy the board, the staff made fun of me saying that probably I was shocked by his sermon...

Very reasonable prices and has materials not available in neighbouring Switzerland. Worth a visit but beware as it is closed at lunch time.

A great hardware store, has everything. Note however, it closes at lunch time from 12.15 pm to 2 pm. This is not noted on the web page.

Not easy to find the logic of the products, it takes some time to find what you need. Be aware of the lunch break!

Expensive. Staff not particularly friendly. There is a charge for the loyalty card.

Client service level very low. They don't want to be bothered.
